Meet Katrina Page

We were lucky to catch up with Katrina Page recently and have shared our conversation below.

Katrina, we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.
Discovering my purpose has truly been a journey fueled by my passion for branding and my desire to help others. Since my high school years, I have always felt a strong pull towards branding and design, recognizing it not simply as a career choice, but as a calling.

As I progressed in my career, I discovered a love for event branding and planning, which allowed me to merge my design and planning skills to have a greater impact.

Today, my work extends beyond traditional branding, focusing on helping my clients curate experiences beyond mere branding. Being able to use my skills and talents to assist people has given me a profound sense of purpose.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
I’m the Event & Brand Strategist for Platinum Kreations, specializing in branding and strategic event planning, which is truly a unique combination in my field. It’s rare to find professionals who are experienced in both areas, and this sets my work apart.

My role is to work closely with clients to help them establish a strong brand identity, empowering them to expand their reach and host elevated events. The work that I do allows me to blend creativity with strategy to help my clients make a significant impact in their industries.

My ultimate goal is to inspire and empower individuals to utilize their gifts and talents to build brands that they love. What excites me the most is the opportunity to bring someone’s vision to life, and I get to do that every day. For me, it’s bigger than the brand; it’s about the impact we can create together!

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Reflecting on my journey, I would say that the three qualities that were most impactful for me were my creativity, persistence, and my desire to learn. When I started my business, I didn’t have all of the answers or do everything right at first; I learned as I went along. I knew that entrepreneurship was a continuous learning process, and I embraced that.

My advice for those beginning their journey is to simply start and be persistent. Starting is the hardest part because you will feel like everyone is watching you. Once you get started and build momentum, the rest will begin to fall into place. Persistence is important – don’t be discouraged by setbacks; view them as valuable lessons. Trust in yourself and stay committed to your goals, and success will follow suit.

Who is your ideal client or what sort of characteristics would make someone an ideal client for you?
As a brand and event strategist, my ideal clients are entrepreneurs aiming to brand their businesses and desires to host elevated events to increase their impact and income. They understand the value of cohesive branding and impactful events as a strategy to enhance their brand presence. If you are looking to elevate your brand through strategic branding and curating memorable events, I am the strategist for you. Together, we can bring your vision to life and create unforgettable experiences that leave a lasting impression on your audience. Let’s collaborate to make your brand stand out and achieve success.
