Meet Kayla Price

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Kayla Price . We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Kayla , so happy you were able to devote some time to sharing your thoughts and wisdom with our community. So, we’ve always admired how you have seemingly never let nay-sayers or haters keep you down. Can you talk to us about how to persist despite the negative energy that so often is thrown at folks trying to do something special with their lives?
I persist by knowing that they are motivated by how I move and how my light shines. I’m not an unfamiliar with people acting out due to intimidation, but I’ve learned to let it motivate me instead of frustrate me.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
My name is Kayla Zhanelle or totesmonroe and I am a full time content creator/ entrepreneur.

I am a woman of many talents, I put my best foot forward in anything I aim to accomplish which leads me to being labeled as The Multi Hustler.

With a major in graphic design and my masters in cosmetology I aim to put my skills together and take my content creating career so much further this year.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Going back to school/learning a new trade was a great source of income for me, it definitely keeps me in demand no matter what field I choose.

Buckling down on my health and spiritual journey. In order to prosper in this social media world I needed to be content and confident within myself to handle what content creating comes with.

Lastly, never comparing myself to anyone. My thoughts, my actions, my energy, my blessings are personalized and I take pride in that favor.

The best way to improve is to be okay with not knowing all the answers. I am always so willing to listen and learn and that takes me so far in this field.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?
Yes ! I am looking for creative directors, photographers, stylist, and any companies in Atlanta or outside of Atlanta that are willing to work.

I am a creative and I never stop brainstorming, but I’ve leaned that it’s so much easier to succeed and execute these ideas with like minded individuals bouncing inspiration and motivation off of each other.

Anyone willing to give it their all as if the next life changing opportunity is only 2 steps away is my kinda tribe !
