Meet Kaylie Roth

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Kaylie Roth. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Kaylie, so many exciting things to discuss, we can’t wait. Thanks for joining us and we appreciate you sharing your wisdom with our readers. So, maybe we can start by discussing optimism and where your optimism comes from?
My optimism comes from all the hard times I had to trial throughout life already. I realized that in order to really be present and truly enjoy every moment life throws at you- you just have to stay positive- be happy and “choose” happy. That is what makes the moments. That is where the optimistic outlook comes from and just “be” the optimism overall.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
What I do is so much fun and I am so glad it is something I built! It is Kaylie Michelle Promotions- My company is one that was made to help up and coming artist of all genres to get there music out there. By helping with either streams on streaming platforms, cover arts, social media platforms, and more. Not only does my company help artists but, it helps Brands as well by helping build them a audience too. My biggest goal is just to make everyone to feel connected and like we are bridging that gap and feel like family. New things coming up for Kaylie Michelle Promotions is helping a lot of new artists which means more shows, more new music, and huge things coming this upcoming year which is super exciting. My podcast is for KMP is set to have more artists to be on it, as well as new merch items to possibly be up in shop. My biggest goal is if there is any struggling artists or brand is that they can reach out and I can help to the best of my ability and make sure they feel like their goals are also being met. 2024 is going to be the best year yet for all involved!

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Looking back at my journey I think the three qualities/skills that were most impactful were diligence, communication, and creativity. These things are the characteristics I wouldn’t have been able to get to where I am without having or working towards having. My best advice I can give y’all early in your journey is don’t give up, keep striving hard at those dreams that spark that flame in your soul and make sure to communicate to those you are working with about your goals. That will help make sure you are moving in the right direction – as well as keeping you mindful that your goals aren’t too big. Little steps add up to BIG things. Don’t forget that. Stay true to those dreams. You got this. You can always improve on things no matter how far you get. Always take the critiques and know it is okay that there is always room for growth. That is something I had to learn and I am glad I did! I’ll finish my little advice with don’t be too hard on yourself. Things will go wring, you will get no’s. It is going to happen. Just know it will all add up to better and bigger things in the end. It will all be worth it!

Looking back over the past 12 months or so, what do you think has been your biggest area of improvement or growth?
My biggest area of growth has been my self confidence and learning being unapologetically yourself is top tier. Everyone around you will prefer that vs. you trying to hide who you are or being shy about it. I have gained more friends, clients, and business by being me loud and proud. I wish I would have just been like this a lot sooner, there really was nothing to be scared of.
