We recently connected with Kayos and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Kayos , thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?

I would have to say I probably got my work ethic for my parents both of them were creative, success driven, hard workers in life and they both met challenges head on.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

Kayos Entertainment, LLC. focuses on a wide range of artists development projects, currently the focus has been on the entertainment side of our company and filming content for the second season of our YouTube podcast “@ke-vision” as well as finalizing the fall Hip-Hop music release “Ballcap” Kayos Feat. King Jacob Produced by Young D of Trap Team due to release in October 2024.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Self motivation, determination, and patience I would say are three qualities that I possess that have been most impactful on my journey thus far. There have definitely been a lot of ups and downs along the way but in this business you have to learn to have thick skin and take disappointment and rejection and use it as fuel to continue to push forward. I understand that everyone is not a self-starter and learning patience can seem like eternity but having the determination and desire to accomplish the goals that you are passionate about are key.

How would you spend the next decade if you somehow knew that it was your last?

I guess if I had to highlight a current challenge I would say that currently trying to build a YouTube fan base and draw subscribers has definitely presented a unique challenge. Our channel is only a few months old and we’re definitely excited about the milestones that we’ve reached thus far, we’re currently working on broadening the range of our content to gain more unique viewers and subscribers.
