Meet Keara Jewel

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Keara Jewel. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Keara, so great to have you with us and we want to jump right into a really important question. In recent years, it’s become so clear that we’re living through a time where so many folks are lacking self-confidence and self-esteem. So, we’d love to hear about your journey and how you developed your self-confidence and self-esteem.

Well, i am still developing my self confidence. But what has helped me was learning myself , gaining new skills and doing shadow work. I love to say affirmations and focus on my strengths to get me through any challenge i face.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

Hi, my name is Keara. I am an actress, singer and freelance model. I am so excited to follow my passion and live my life as a creative. I am featured in a few magazines, have started in a skincare commercial and have walked for raleigh fashion week. I love to improve myself everyday and help empower others to follow their dreams.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

I believe being observant, resourceful and understanding are the skills that helped me the most. You don’t need thousands of dollars to start, and you also don’t need alot of time. Whatever field you want to get in you should research but also jump in and learn from others.

Thanks so much for sharing all these insights with us today. Before we go, is there a book that’s played in important role in your development?

Becoming supernatural by Joe Dispenza has really helped me on my journey. The book is about stacking daily habits to become who you want to be. Adding in mediation and visualization to focus on being a new person and new identity.
