Keerthi , so excited to have you with us today. So much we can chat about, but one of the questions we are most interested in is how you have managed to keep your creativity alive.
Creativity is always present in nature, I would like to share some of the aspects with respect to my views and from the society that mends my pathway. As a holistic approach to life we always intend to become the spiritual being that’s always present in us. I am an Engineering graduate in Electronic and communications, Singer/Songwriter, Dancer,Yoga Practitioner, Musician and A life form in evolution of Human Spirit within. Let me explain my journey with respect to Music from Los Angeles’s
I started my Music Band ” Saint Ee Ha ” I wanted to express myself and my purpose of Eliminating Povery from Humanity. My Band mates come from all around the world. They supported my idea, since it was also present in there hearts to do something greater to Humanity.
Saint Ee Ha is a musical revolution committed to uniting the world under a simple unified message to KILL THE POVERTY. The Band has been performing in Los Angeles since 2018. Band started their first live show at “Whisky a go go”, continued to perform at other venues like “The Viper Room” and “House of Blues”etc Saint Ee Ha band comprises of musicians all around the world Keerthi Shanmugam the lead Singer/songwriter also known as Ee Ha, from India. He is also into Dance and Yoga. Kazuki the lead Guitarist from Japan has performed with Steve Vai, Marty Friedman and many more. Meikal Reuben the Saxophone player from Virgin Island has traveled around the world playing Sax tunes and He has released several albums under his own label, Ganesh, the violin player is currently playing in India, Renata is famous Brazilian Singer/songwriter and Dancer, Jeff the bassist from US, is also a Mathematician. Jeff has rendered his services to underprivileged children in Africa and the Band has south Indian drummer Sebastian. Several other musicians also have contributed to the Saint EE HA band and recordings. Shogo another guitarist from Japan, Harry and Jungshi on Bass from Dubai and India respectively, Brain, Hriday and Vedansh on rhythms from China and India respectively. The songs “ Wild Animals” and “Surrender” was featured in AVA LIVE Radio, The Band’s Articles were published in USA by Relix Magazine, “High Alliance” Magazine and “Artist On The Rise” Article. “The India Talent Magazine” all over India.
The Band’s latest release ” Tell me Why” is a song that speaks about World Peace, This song was intended to bring in peace during Russia-Ukrain conflict. The Band released few Tamil songs, Tamil being the oldest Indian Language over 5000years old, ” “Hollywood King” song was to share the vibe of a local Man’s feelings. ” Chittu Kuruvi” unconditional love song. “Flying with Santa” was written in 2018, it was a very true story of Ee Ha. He was indeed flying for the first time to US on Christmas eve. I intend to create a Music Video telling the story of becoming Ee Ha Man

Basically creation comes to existence as we Express ourselves and our idea with our connected people ( Band) and the connection that exists between each and everyone present in this world.
We are all spiritual beings doing good for one and other as we continue this journey we evolve in the making and in the creation itself.

We are Saint Ee Ha Music Band from Los Angeles’s. We been releasing our music in the past 3 years through Bentley Records. Our First Single was ” Avalanche ” it came about during the outbreak of covid 19. Hence forth few Amazing song’s like ” Bad Teacher” ” Dream Girl” ” Oxygen ” were released. In total more than 13 singles are out now on worldwide music platforms like spotify, YouTube, Amazon etc.
Few regional Indian tamil songs were also released to keep the East and West connection alive and active. Few Songs like “Hollywood King” ” Chittu Kuruvi” ” Pipi Jagga”
I wanted to share my thought that when our Band played Tamil song ” Pipi Jagga” at Whisky a go go. We were amazed to see so many Americans dancing to this tune. It all shows that music is a universal language.
Our live shows have a wave of rollercoaster emotions, we wear Animal masks for songs like ” Wild Animals ” Mask and Cape for anthem song ” Kill the Poverty ” and ” Wipe out Poverty ” Few occasions we shower flowers, flower petals for ” First Love” And sweet candys on Birthdays.
We want to create more Meaningful and Melodic Songs in the coming year.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Music Yoga and Dance keeps me going. I would say the three qualities could be Passion, Discipline and Dedication. My Passion towards Music and Performing kept be going to so many venues from streets of India to USA. When Ee Ha Band was formed we were blessed to get our first show at Whisky a go go.
Yoga Practice was something I would say taught me Discipline. Since my master’s had trained me for more than 8 years. I could do few Asanas quickly without skipping just like a daily routine. Even if it meant just 10 minutes a day to more than a hour on better days.
Dedication is something that attaches itself to the intensity of your perseverance.
When you love what you do. You really don’t notice how much you are into it. That how I look at it. When you are triggered with greater ideas. ” Elimination of Poverty”
it becomes like a purpose of life. Also when a team joins like my band mates, relatives and close friends. You seem to be already walking the journey.
I would say follow your heart for Passion springs from there, have a routine and include a team work.
If you knew you only had a decade of life left, how would you spend that decade?
As an Artist I have encountered a low lifestyle, that is kind of a blessing in disguise. I have learned to live happily with necessary things rather than luxuries. I have wider spectrum of identification with common man.
Yes ofcourse we would like to showcase our music through Music Videos and Radio Plays. Especially songs like ” Tell me Why” speaks about world peace.
Since we don’t have a Big Time investor who can act as a producer. We are currently facing the challenge of making it on our own. As we are open and looking out for possible solutions. May be we will find a Sponsor or a Producer who can bring out the best from our Band to Public.
I would like to encourage the path of Music, Yoga and Dance to seek and know oneself.
