Kelcie, so great to have you with us and we want to jump right into a really important question. In recent years, it’s become so clear that we’re living through a time where so many folks are lacking self-confidence and self-esteem. So, we’d love to hear about your journey and how you developed your self-confidence and self-esteem.

Developing my confidence & self esteem was not always an easy journey. I grew up with loving parents who instilled those things in me but after two years in an abusive relationship, I had to rebuild my confidence & self esteem through prayer, meditation, self care & self help. I thank God for that I was able to rebuild myself because a lot of people never overcome.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

REDDS is a Family Owned & Operated Restaurant located in North Houston! We bring an original theme with home style cooking in a place that provides excellent customer service, original burgers, grilled & fried seafood, brunch & breakfast.We recently celebrated our 3 year anniversary!

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Time management is EVERYTHING!..especially with a business that is open 7 days a week. It’s important to always have schedules for yourself to balance personal & work. Patience is key. Nothing is built overnight & anything worth having is worth working for.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?

We are always open to collaborations. Becoming a business owner has shown me the importance of networking. You can not do everything alone. People know people & you want people to know about you. Anyone looking to collaborate can always send a message on any of our social media platforms
