Meet Kelvin Villalobos

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Kelvin Villalobos. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Kelvin, we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?
Sports is and was an essential aspect of my life! Through sports I developed my confidence and self esteem. Also I am not going to lie, but Hispanics come with that natural swag too. Haha

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
Professionally I am focused on making every generation better. I concentrate on helping young-adolescents to be the best versions of themselves through baseball. Coaches and teachers have an essential responsibility with the society!

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
I feel like my honesty, my personality and my intelligence have taken me to where I am today. The only way to develop those qualities and skills are through personal development. If you are honest with yourself as to where you are, where you want to go and what you want to accomplish, you start to dig deep into what you are really interested in and therefore you start to attract what you are looking for.
