We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Kermit E Rosado a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Kermit E, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?
As difficult as it seems putting your goals, desires together is a scary journey. It is easy to work for others, 6am-8pm construction worker for over 20 years felt normal. Making others dream a reality was what I did for many years. One day I woke up and realize that I was not happy with myself. I was pleases but not happy. For many years I worked for Companies who became Millionaires and I remain as an employee. Received many achievements and became the Ceo’s became families. Until I decide that if I gave my all for someone else’s dream, I might as well make my dream a reality. Started my own Remodeling Residential and Commercial Company. With no capitol only with my expertise and my knowledge. Being my own boss working towards becoming one of the best Remodeling company in Florida is my goal. If you have a dream and are making someone else’s dream a reality, drop it. Work towards your dream your goals. Short term goals are the best ones as you can see quick achievements. I remember when I told my Boss I was going g to resign they offered my the stars but never did they offered me the sky. I am now a proud hard working owner of Kermit Remodeling Service & More LLC and ai thank God for everyday blessings!
Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
I am focus on making homeowners and commercial owner’s vision a reality. Custom building anything you can imagine. From furnitures, tv stand, wooden beds, drywall installation, floor tiles laminate installation bathroom remodel and kitchens to any little job as changing a bulb. I focus in making other people house their dream home. I offer my experience and competitive prices so others can bring their vision into reality.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
In other toa achieve your goals there are 3 things that must be in place. Being Focus, perseverances, sacrifices , You will encounter obstacles especially if you are a Solo person fighting for your dream but always keep moving forward. If you fall, stand up and keep pushing. Life is not easy but it has its rewards.
Alright so to wrap up, who deserves credit for helping you overcome challenges or build some of the essential skills you’ve needed?
My Faith in God, My wife and my kids has been my number one support. The sacrifices of working many hours and for them to understand is very helpful for me to continue accomplishing my goals.
