It’s been a combination of personal growth and professional experience. I’ve spent over 30 years performing in front of live audiences across the globe, and that kind of exposure teaches you a lot—not just about your craft, but about yourself. With every performance, I’ve learned to trust my instincts, stay grounded under pressure, and connect with people in real time. That consistency builds confidence. I know the value I bring because I’ve refined it over decades, through both challenges and breakthroughs.

I’m Kevin Stone—also known as The Amazing Mind Reader—and I’ve spent over 30 years captivating audiences around the world through the art of Mentalism, Mind Reading, Magic, and Hypnosis. What started as a deep fascination with the power of the mind has grown into a global career that blends entertainment with psychological insight. Today, I’m recognized as one of the most trusted and awarded performers in the field, with shows that have reached over 40 countries and touched millions.

What excites me most about what I do is the genuine human connection. My performances aren’t just about illusions—they’re about creating shared moments of awe, laughter, and discovery. Whether I’m performing for world leaders, top executives, athletes, or intimate private parties, I tailor each show to the audience, ensuring it’s as impactful as it is unforgettable.

Professionally, I’m focused on continuing to expand the reach of my brand, The Amazing Mind Reader, bringing fresh, interactive entertainment to events of all sizes. Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Looking back, three qualities have had the biggest impact on my journey: determination, flexibility, and faith. Determination kept me pushing forward even when things got tough. Flexibility allowed me to adapt to new challenges and unexpected opportunities along the way. And faith—faith in myself and the process—helped me stay grounded when doubts surfaced.

For anyone just starting, my advice is simple: hold on tight to your motivation and the reason you began. That purpose will fuel your determination through the hard times. When obstacles or uncertainty come up—and they will—remember why you started, and let that keep your faith alive. Stay open to change, keep learning, and trust the journey.

Awesome, really appreciate you opening up with us today and before we close maybe you can share a book recommendation with us. Has there been a book that’s been impactful in your growth and development?

If I had to pick one book, it’s the Bible—but not just one book—it’s the whole thing. Having read it cover to cover multiple times, I don’t see the chapters or even the Old and New Testaments as separate pieces. Instead, I experience it as a unified story with recurring themes.

For example, the way God works through people, sometimes reluctant, sometimes disobedient, is a powerful thread that runs through figures like Jonah, Moses, Paul, Matthew, and John the Baptist. These stories, though from different times, all reflect the same deeper truths.

I also turn to specific verses depending on what I need in the moment—whether it’s comfort, strength, clarity, or courage. Different parts of the Bible speak to me at different times.

I’ve never focused on one book alone, because the richness of the whole is what continually guides and inspires me. For me, it’s essential to keep exploring the entire Bible, letting its many voices speak to me wherever I am on my journey.
