Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Khayriddin Shamsiev. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Alright, so we’re so thrilled to have Khayriddin with us today – welcome and maybe we can jump right into it with a question about one of your qualities that we most admire. How did you develop your work ethic? Where do you think you get it from?
My work ethic comes from my family and how I was raised. I grew up around people who valued responsibility, consistency, and keeping their word. You did what you said you would do, and you took pride in doing it well.
Building businesses in different countries strengthened that mindset. When people rely on you, there’s no room for shortcuts. Today, that sense of responsibility toward my team, drivers, and partners is what keeps me focused and committed every day.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
I’m the founder of Bek Logistics, a trucking and logistics company I built through firsthand experience in the industry and a deep respect for the people who keep it moving.
What makes my work meaningful to me is that it goes beyond moving freight. Trucking is essential to the U.S. economy, yet the drivers behind the wheel are often overlooked. I’ve seen how long hours, isolation, and limited access to healthcare take a real toll: not just on drivers, but on road safety and families as well. That reality pushed me to think bigger than one company.
That’s how Trucker Health was born – an initiative focused on improving the physical and mental well-being of truck drivers through education, technology, and partnerships. The goal is simple but ambitious: healthier drivers, safer roads, and a more sustainable industry. It’s about turning lived experience into solutions that can help people across the country, not just within my own business.
Living boldly, to me, means taking responsibility for challenges instead of avoiding them. It means building something that serves others, even when the path is uncertain. Today, Bek Logistics continues to grow, and Trucker Health is expanding its reach and collaborations. My hope is that sharing this story encourages others to believe that their experiences are not limitations, but sources of real insight and impact.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Three things that have shaped my journey are resilience, curiosity, and the ability to connect with people. For those starting out, I’d say: embrace challenges accepting the fear, never stop learning, and build genuine relationships. These are the skills that will carry you further than any shortcut ever could.

Tell us what your ideal client would be like?
My ideal clients for Trucker Health are trucking companies that truly care about the people behind the wheel. These are companies that understand that investing in their drivers’ health and well-being isn’t just good for business, it also keeps roads safer, improves productivity, and builds loyalty. They want practical, sustainable solutions that make a real difference in their employees’ lives, and they value a partner who can bring both expertise and empathy to the table.
