Meet Kiersten Diggs

We recently connected with Kiersten Diggs and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Kiersten, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?

It’s about consistency. Making sure you have laid out in an organized doable fashion all the things you need to do each day and accomplishing that. It’s more important to consistently finish all your tasks than to give yourself more than you can accomplish because you will always feel lacking.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

Our social media marketing journey began collaborating with CLT Living as married Charlotte influencers. While we thrived on exciting partnerships, we saw a chance to empower local hospitality businesses further. That’s why we launched Diggs Design, a social media management agency dedicated to building long-term success stories with the brands we love.

We leverage our 3+ years of experience as influencers for @CLT.Living, alongside Meta certification and expertise managing multiple client accounts, to give your brand a voice that resonates with your audience.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

1: Meta Certifications in Digital Marketing
2. Scale School: Social Media Management 12 Week Intensive program
3. Experience managing accounts, running advertisements, capturing content, and being/working with influencers

Alright so to wrap up, who deserves credit for helping you overcome challenges or build some of the essential skills you’ve needed?

Being a husband and wife partnership we are able to balance off each other a lot. While he manages certain parts of our business so that I can focus on my job. We learn from each other and are always growing together!
