Kimberly , so many exciting things to discuss, we can’t wait. Thanks for joining us and we appreciate you sharing your wisdom with our readers. So, maybe we can start by discussing optimism and where your optimism comes from?

Recently a friend told me that I was a gem (awe gee thanks!) Then we decided to describe what type of gem each of us would be. She told me that I would be a citrine because I am bright and sunny and optimistic.

It’s true!

While I certainly have things that don’t go well and fall apart (or I have to redo them because I missed something), I am a human afterall. But I learned growing up not to stop when things get hard, just pause and reconfigure.

Persistence is a huge part of my personality. Having been in actual worse situations – I truly know that most things “could be worse” Do I lean into “toxic” positivity? Yes, absolutely. For me, looking on the bright side no matter the situation has gotten me through everything I’ve been through to this point. I’m definitely going to keep it up!

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

I get super excited getting my clients to the top of Google and helping them create income that sustains their life, freedom, and family. If one person can get peace of mind by owning their own livelihood, that means that every person they touch in that spirit of authenticity is touched.

The more humans that can live their dreams and curate their lives, verses accepting what their lives are, the better we can actually create peace on Earth and I really believe that.

I love looking and analyzing stats as well as setting up and optimizing SEO and Ads campaigns for tiny, small, and medium sized businesses. We have a soft spot for Start-Ups too.

Seeing that there was a gap in tech services offered that looks at the full picture, Faceted Media fills that gap with expert level skills and marketing experience.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

1. Resilience
2. Intuition
3. Consistency

Truly, you can’t fail if you never quit. Keep getting up. Keep getting at it. Keep being positive. Keep following your gut.

(And then keep doing it… a nod to #3 on the list.)

How would you describe your ideal client?

Our ideal client is a business that has seen some growth, but wants to grow further, or a start-up business that wants to hit the ground running with proper Google set-up and optimization.

They typically don’t love tech and want to work with someone who will be transparent with them and help them understand their stats and make sure their investment is being well spent.

We share everything and make it simple to get how the (very complicated) process of Google’s suite of products all work.
