Meet Kimberly Rose

We recently connected with Kimberly Rose and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Kimberly, really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?

I feel we act out what we came here to do from a very young age. I used to want to help as many people as possible. I would try and heal people, make them feel better, heal their pain etc. I used to sing a lot by myself too which is one of my biggest passions. I feel like my whole life was little seeds being planted until I reached where I am today.

From the age of 15… I started having dreams and visions about my purpose. I was too scared to share them with others as I knew they would put my dreams down so I kept it to myself. I felt like someone was always whispering in my ear giving me instructions. And it was my responsibility to listen to those instructions.

By 19 years of age I hit a very depressed time where nothing was filling my heart, not even going to church and singing with the choir, (which always healed and filled me up.) I heard this voice say, “Pack up and move to Nashville! Go sing!” It took me about 6 months or so and I finally got the confidence to pack up and move to Nashville to work on my music. A few years into the music scene and then I found BREATHWORK. The story is too long to type here. 🙂 But my passion for music my whole life, even though I kept it a secret, that desire on my heart is what lead me to Breathwork which is what I’m doing now.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

BIO:

Kimberly Rose is a Certified Breathwork & Trauma Release Specialist for almost 18 years. Once she experienced what deeper breathing (Breathwork) could do for the mind-body-soul, and healed her chronic symptoms, she became dedicated to teaching people how to transform their lives through Breath. She is a catalyst for FREE online Breathwork classes, and loves to show people what is possible to heal in their life through oxygen.

Hi, I’m Kimberly Rose and I am located just south of Portland, Oregon. My main goal is to demonstrate to people the healing possibilities for their bodies through the power of oxygen.

Over two decades ago, I went through a traumatic experience which led to the development of a chronic skin condition. Despite trying various medications and treatments, I suffered for almost 2.5 years with this condition dominating my life.
After exhausting all other options, I turned to Breathwork and experienced incredible results almost immediately. With regular Breathwork sessions, my skin condition improved and eventually healed completely within a few months.

This transformative experience led me to become a Breathwork facilitator and trauma release specialist, helping thousands of individuals with chronic illnesses over the past 18 years.

I am actively promoting the practice of Breathwork on my professional Instagram account, @breathe_with_kimberly_rose, offering both individual Private Breathwork Sessions and monthly group Zoom classes at a nominal fee of $10. With over 70 available Breathwork downloads and a comprehensive Breathwork Teacher Trainer Program, I am dedicated to providing accessible resources for those seeking personal growth and transformation. Additionally, I am currently developing an online course to expand my reach and impact in the field.

My expertise in Breathwork was recently showcased on stage with Diplo in Seattle, where I had the privilege of introducing 8,500 individuals to the transformative power of Breathwork. If you are facing challenges in your health, personal life, or simply feeling stagnant in your journey, Breathwork may hold the key to unlocking positive change and growth.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

People are going to put you down. Get used to it. After 20 years, even though I help thousands of people, small town people still make fun of me and put me down for what I do. Blows my mind! Go for it anyway! Don’t tell anyone what you are doing. Just do it and they can watch the show.

1. Start moving in the direction of your journey/purpose, and everything will start to fall in place. Even if you have nothing or no money…..just start.

2. Give yourself a full decade to grow. It is so humbling being on your journey. It is one humbling experience after the next. ( I was always in the mind of, “I’m not there yet! I need to get to the end result…..” I missed out on enjoying the ride because I was being too hard on myself because I “wasn’t there yet.”

3. Get used to asking for support. We have it all to do it all. Do you have a phone? A car? A roof over your head? Food in your belly? Ask for what you need in the moment. Support is so good to have! I constantly prayed and asked for help on my journey. I couldn’t do this without each person, client, friend, etc.

What is the number one obstacle or challenge you are currently facing and what are you doing to try to resolve or overcome this challenge?

I’ve been building my Breathwork Teacher Trainer Course for over 3 years now. So many road blocks to grow through on this journey when you’re building something: learning how to use online platforms, building the tech, learning how to use online programs, editing videos etc. There are thousands of layers to building this course. I take a lot of deeper breaths when I get overwhelmed. I do know however, everything is in divine time, so I try not to be so hard on myself. I take a lot of breaks, or when i’m “over it,” I let the course sit for a month or so until I get ignited to work on it again.

I did hire a company for 20k to help me build my online course and it was such a disaster and they couldn’t do what I thought I hired them to do. NO REFUNDS either. I’m learning a lot right now, and being humbled. HA HA!
