going through a divorce as a professional certified matchmaker and a mother to three young children can be particularly challenging. Here are some tailored strategies that help me through this journey:
1. Prioritize Self-Care
Emotional Well-being: Engage in activities that help you relax and recharge, such as meditation, exercise, or hobbies you enjoy. Consider seeking therapy or counseling to process your emotions and gain insights into your experiences.
Physical Health: Maintain a healthy lifestyle by eating well, getting enough sleep, and staying active. Physical health can significantly impact your emotional resilience.
2. Lean on Your Support Network
Family and Friends: Surround yourself with supportive friends and family who can provide emotional support and practical help with your children. my best friend Partrick Nguyen & Beautiful girlfriend Kaity wright also my children’s god mother. Plays a good part with my children
Going through a divorce while balancing your roles as a professional certified matchmaker and a mother can be incredibly challenging. Here are some strategies that help me through this difficult time:
As a Professional Matchmaker:
Leverage Your Network: Reach out to my fellow matchmakers and industry professionals for support and advice. They offer valuable insights and emotional support. that really help me
Maintain Professionalism: Keep your work life organized and set clear boundaries between your personal and professional life. This help me stay focused and productive.
Self-Care: Prioritize self-care to maintain your mental and emotional well-being. This can include activities like exercise, meditation, or hobbies that you enjoy.
Seek Professional Help: Consider talking to a therapist who specializes in divorce-related issues. They provide tools and perspectives to help me and my ex-Husband jay Russo cope and prepared us for co-parenting
And as a
Mother Open Communication really help me to Be honest with our children about the situation, using age-appropriate language. Reassure them that both i and there father love them and that the divorce is not their fault.
Create Stability: Establish routines to provide a sense of stability and security for our children. Consistent schedules can help them feel more secure during this time of change.
we also use Emotional Support for our children by Encourage them to express their feelings and provide them with . family therapy as tokening care of myself as well
Combining Both Roles:
Time Management: Use tools like planners or apps to manage your time effectively. Balancing work and family responsibilities can be easier with a well-organized schedule.
Set Realistic Goals: Understand that it’s okay to adjust your expectations and goals during this period. Give yourself grace and time to heal.
Support System: Lean on friends, family, and professional networks for support. Don’t hesitate to ask for help when you need its the best thing to do
Remember, it’s okay to have a range of emotions during this time. Healing is a process, and it’s important to be kind to yourself as you navigate this new chapter in your life.
