Meet Korisha Wilks

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Korisha Wilks a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Korisha, we’ve been so fortunate to work with so many incredible folks and one common thread we have seen is that those who have built amazing lives for themselves are also often the folks who are most generous. Where do you think your generosity comes from?

My generosity originated with my mom. My mom is truly an angel that taught me that it is better to give than to receive. It brings me great joy to assist others that are in need.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

I’m a designer that specializes in Christmas decor. I make sure my customers are completely satisfied with custom made ornaments. My clients benefit from my Indoor Christmas tree installations by simply providing me information regarding their vision and I turning these vision and ideas into a reality something like magic.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Some qualities or skills that were impactful on my journey consist of:
Being able to showcase my creativity and giving my clients the top notch vision of Christmas or holiday spirit. Because my love for the holidays, I have the ability to give my clients a total transformation as it suits their desires or wants.

My advice to anyone on this type of journey is to trust the process and keep moving forward. Even when you want to give up, keep going and every little step is a huge step towards success.

Who is your ideal client or what sort of characteristics would make someone an ideal client for you?

My ideal client is someone who is excited and open to all ideas as it pertains to the Holiday season. These type of clients that are open to traditional or modern ideas are the best to create the best vision.
