Meet Krishna Avalon

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Krishna Avalon. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Krishna , first a big thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and insights with us today. I’m sure many of our readers will benefit from your wisdom, and one of the areas where we think your insight might be most helpful is related to imposter syndrome. Imposter syndrome is holding so many people back from reaching their true and highest potential and so we’d love to hear about your journey and how you overcame imposter syndrome.
I found the right support and healing, namely the frameworks with which I now guide others through: Internal Family Systems and PSYCH-K. IFS is a deeper inquiry into the parts of us that need our attention and need to be witnessed, which leads to a more embodied experience. PSYCH-K is a simple process that allows us to peacefully unattach from stressful events and transform subconscious stress, as well as expand from limiting or self sabotaging behaviors and beliefs.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
The most exciting thing I get to do is help people transform their stress and trauma in a quick, easy, and simple way. I get to support people who have felt stuck in traditional talk therapy which typically only works with the conscious mind. I am a licensed acupuncturist, subconscious therapist, PSYCH-K facilitator, Internal Family Systems practitioner, and breathwork guide, who has led over 30k patients and clients to their health and wellness goals for the last 22 years. I currently specialize in subconscious therapy, Internal Family Systems, and the nervous system. The subconscious mind is where we hold our programs and beliefs, the part of our mind where we create 97% of our lives. Often the most effective way for me to guide patients is through IFS inquiry followed by PSYCH-K to transform subconscious stress.

I was led by something higher than me into my career and my various trainings. If you have the call, follow it, follow the breadcrumbs, follow your yes. The 3 skills most impactful on my journey have been: intuitive space holding, reflective listening, and presence.
