We were lucky to catch up with Krista Miller recently and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Krista , appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?
From never giving up even when life seemed to knock me down. I’ve always picked myself up and kept going through a brutal dancing career, through school challenges, through heartbreak and disappointment, through financial disasters, through motherhood, through abuse. I keep recreating myself through healing and perseverance. I have passion, strength and stamina and it came from failure, wounds, addiction and self sabotage but I always knew I was more than that and if I kept moving forward there would be no mistakes just lessons and growth. Everything I’ve been through has made me who I am today so that was a lot of resilience and stubbornness to not give up or follow my dreams and desires, to be the best I can be while I’m here and make a difference in my life, my child’s life, hopefully other women life or just in the human world, to be a good person and show up for life. To be in gratitude always.
Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
I enjoy helping women reconnect to their bodies, womb and feminine essence. I like to honor my own story as a woman and the journey through the darkness that led me back to strength and grace. It’s within my path back to self love and really knowing who I am as a women on theses days and age, that I hope to help other women come back to this space and for us to unite and bring beauty into the world through who and what we were made for. I enjoy helping women release trauma, build confidence, move their bodies and enjoy stillness and gentle care, self nurturing and peace from from within.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Following my intuition Moving past fear and uncomfortableness
Really honoring my gifts and talents and allowing them to be seen, felt and shared with myself and others
How would you describe your ideal client?
I love helping and supporting women. My ideal client would be women like me who have suffered from narcissistic abuse in relationships as well as sexual and physical abuse. Single mothers that have had to fight for their rights. Women who’ve experienced trauma in many parts of their lives. Women who have experienced shame through abuse or abortions. Women who lost themselves but are ready to regain their strength l, passion and freedom back to live the life they deserve.
