Meet Kristel Robinson

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Kristel Robinson. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Kristel , we’re thrilled to have you sharing your thoughts and lessons with our community. So, for folks who are at a stage in their life or career where they are trying to be more resilient, can you share where you get your resilience from?
Resilience is the ability to overcome challenges by the grace of God. I was able to keep pushing forward through my darkest times because I hold on to my faith. Hold on to God and trusting his plans for my life even when I don’t understand.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
I am a woman on a mission to help women to reclaim their inner power by standing in faith. We can never claim our blessings until we let go of our burdens and we can never be who God calls us to be until we get out of our comfort zone and be bold enough to strive and rise above the circumstances.

For me, empowerment starts in the acknowledgment of who we are as God’s creation, and through that approach show up to the world from a place of overflow.

A was called to create a sacred place for women to disconnect from the world to find healing, purpose, and restoration.

It is so amazing to see women from different walks of life come together to embark on an awakening spiritual journey in a sacred place free of judgment and with love, empowerment and sisterhood.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Perseverance. The ability to keep going when things don’t seem working out is definitely important, cause the journey is not easy. We must believe in ourselves and in our dream. And hold on to the vision.

Calmness. To find tranquility from within to remain calm when frustration is at the door,

And always believe that something good is about to happen. Keep trusting, and Keep pushing forward. Keep the hope alive and the faith that in the end, everything will work out.

What do you do when you feel overwhelmed? Any advice or strategies?
I pray and meditate a lot. Is how I keep my head above the water. Is ok to not be ok and I embrace the journey with the good and the bad. I hold on to my faith always. In the bad times and in the good times. When I am overwhelmed I rely on my faith. I go back to God’s promises and I release control of what is happening and trust God for his amazing grace.
