Meet Kristen Hebert

We recently connected with Kristen Hebert and have shared our conversation below.

Kristen , thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts with us today. We’re excited to dive into your story and your work, but first let’s start with a broader topic that might be stopping many of our readers from pursuing their dreams – haters, nay-sayers, etc. How have you managed to persist despite haters and nay-sayers that inevitably follow folks who are doing something unique, special or off the beaten path?

I’ve learned that when you’re doing something different, people will always have opinions. In the beginning, criticism used to sting, but the people doubting me weren’t living the lifestyle I wanted anyway. I persist because I know my purpose is bigger than their doubt. My job isn’t to convince them, but to lead by example and show what’s possible when you keep going.

I stay because I’ve seen what this business truly does when you treat it like the real opportunity it is. I’ve watched people go from exhausted and overworked to building income that gives them their time back. I’ve seen military spouses finally create stability after years of constant change, and women who thought they had no options build something lasting for their families.

This isn’t hype. It’s a regulated, debt-free business model partnered with a host agency that’s paid out millions in commissions and holds an A+ rating with the BBB. It’s legitimate, it’s proven, and it changes lives when you put in the work.

That’s why I don’t flinch when people doubt it. The results, the systems, and the freedom are real… I’ve lived them. More than anything, I know what it feels like to start over and to crave stability. So I stay, I lead, and I keep showing up. This was never about proving anyone wrong. It’s about helping others finally see what’s possible for them too.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I help others build profitable digital businesses in the travel industry without needing prior experience, a large network, or a background in sales.

Most people don’t lack potential; they lack direction and a proven plan. My role is to give them both.

I teach how to use a regulated, turnkey travel model to earn in multiple ways:
• Commissions from travel booked through their platform
• Referral commissions when they share the business
• Monthly residual income from their team that compounds
• Overrides and rank bonuses as they grow

More importantly, I show how to turn that platform into a business asset. An asset that can be scaled globally, automated, and passed on to their children.

I’m not here to motivate people; I’m here to move them. To build skills, create structure, and take confident action. I give them systems, training, strategy, and direct mentorship so they can build income with stability.

This mission came from instability in my own life. As a military spouse, I’ve had to start over more times than I can count. I know what it feels like to crave stability, ownership, and independence. I wanted a career that could move with me, not reset every couple of years. That’s exactly what this business gave me, and now I help others build the same mobility and security.

What sets my approach apart is that I’m not teaching hustle. I’m teaching freedom.
The goal isn’t just to earn more; it’s to design a life you don’t feel the need to escape from.
When ordinary people are given the right system and support, they start living extraordinary lives.

We’re in a new digital era where relying on a single paycheck isn’t realistic anymore. With the cost of living rising, it’s more important than ever to build multiple income streams and own a digital asset that grows with you, not against you. This business gives people the ability to earn online, from anywhere, without having to trade every hour for a dollar.

We focus on:
• Simple business setup
• Social media storytelling
• Confidence & mindset
• Daily systems that produce results
• Community &8 support

All of that creates a foundation where people can build real freedom: time freedom, location freedom, and long-term financial freedom.

Right now, I’m focused on deepening mentorship, expanding leadership training, and helping others create real freedom. I’m not here to sell a dream; I’m here to hand you a plan that actually works, so you can build something that lasts.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

For me, the three most important qualities were resilience, discernment, and communication.

Resilience because nothing goes as planned. You’ll have seasons that test everything you say you want. Most people quit when it gets uncomfortable. The ones who don’t are the ones who build something worth having.
Discernment because not every opportunity is your opportunity. Learning to tell the difference between distraction and direction will save you time, money, and peace.
Lastly, communication… knowing how to connect, lead, and sell with integrity. You can have all the strategy in the world, but if you can’t clearly share your vision or move people to action, it won’t matter.

My advice? Stop waiting to feel ready. Learn by doing. Get in the rooms that stretch you, find mentors who’ve done what you want to do, and stay coachable.

Confidence doesn’t come before action. Confidence comes BECAUSE of action.

What’s been one of your main areas of growth this year?

The biggest area of growth this past year has been learning to slow down without losing momentum. I used to equate progress with constant motion. If I wasn’t doing ten things at once, I felt like I was falling behind. Being busy doesn’t always mean productive, and it definitely doesn’t mean aligned.

This year, I learned to build smarter. I started prioritizing clarity over chaos, structure over scrambling, and I’ve protected my energy the same way I protect my goals. Boundaries became a form of self-respect instead of guilt. That shift changed my leadership, my creativity, and how I serve my team.

I also began separating urgency from importance. Not everything needs an immediate response. Not every opportunity is meant for right now. Making intentional choices, instead of emotional ones, has made my work more stable, powerful, and sustainable.

Growth for me hasn’t been about doing more; it’s been about doing the right things with purpose. Now, I’m building from strength instead of burnout.
