Kristen , we’re thrilled to have you sharing your thoughts and lessons with our community. So, for folks who are at a stage in their life or career where they are trying to be more resilient, can you share where you get your resilience from?
Navigating Life’s Challenges with Resilience and Love
Adversity is a common experience we all face in life, and often our perception of those experiences determines the level of difficulty we encounter. It is our ability to overcome those challenges that fosters resilience. For me, it took a while to learn how to move past negative emotions that no longer served me. However, having great teachers and consistent practice helped me to keep an open heart even when it was broken.
I have learned to see challenges as opportunities for growth and ask myself important questions. If I have control over a situation, I develop a plan and take action to overcome the obstacle. If it is out of my control, I choose to take responsibility for how I respond to it.
It’s okay to take time to build the courage to take action, but it’s important to have the courage to continue to seek joy during difficult times. Those who choose love and joy will become resilient, and in the end, they will live a life full of purpose and fulfillment. Remember, life is short, so live without apology, follow your path and live boldly!

The contributing factors to the success of my entrepreneurial journey have been, planning, effective communication and nurturing relationships. If you’re just starting out, my advice would be to study the habits of successful business owners, learn about their work and personal routines, and then tailor them to fit your own experience. This can provide valuable insight into the steps you should take to achieve your goals.
