We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Kristiina Soulmaster a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Kristiina, thank you for being such a positive, uplifting person. We’ve noticed that so many of the successful folks we’ve had the good fortune of connecting with have high levels of optimism and so we’d love to hear about your optimism and where you think it comes from.
Optimism for me is not just a mindset, it’s my essence. As a soul, as a being of pure energy, I’ve always carried a natural brightness that helps me find light even in the midst of darkness. But I didn’t arrive here without challenges. My journey has included deep personal transformation, spiritual awakening, moving countries, starting from scratch as an entrepreneur in a foreign land and moments where I couldn’t see the path clearly.
Despite it all, my inner knowing remained untouched. There is a deep part of me that always trusts that I am guided, supported and aligned even when I don’t see ahead. I’ve learned to focus not on what’s lacking, but on what wants to emerge. I don’t feed the narratives I don’t want to grow. Instead, I stay anchored in the truth that life is always inviting me into greater alignment.
Moving to the U.S., building my Soulmaster Studio from the ground up, stepping into leadership as a guide for others and navigating the unknown has required me to activate that optimism on a daily basis. I’ve learned that optimism isn’t naive, it’s a conscious choice to meet challenges with trust rather than fear. There are practical concerns, of course – finances, visibility, growth but I’ve learned that true optimism is not about ignoring the hard things. It’s about facing them with trust and curiousity to see through limited beliefs.
Even in moments of doubt or silence, I’ve watched how my vision has continued to manifest. And every time, I return to that core truth with gratitude: You can’t lose your spark. You must stay who you truly are. If you rely only on what’s outside, you can easily lose your direction. But if you trust your soul, trust your timing, and trust your energy. it’s when the most magical things begin to happen.
My optimism comes from the unseen. From my connection with my higher guides and life itself. From noticing the sacred in the small: the way the light hits the trees, the presence of my loved ones, the messages from my guides, the clients whose lives shift and even the challenges that stretch me. And when I see others rising in their truth too, that’s when I know I’m exactly where I need to be. And if you are reading this, then know that everything is possible for you!

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Looking back, there are a few things that completely shifted how I see life. Not just in my work, but in how I live. None of this came from looking outside systems and ”normal paths”. It came from real-life, deep inner acceptance, realising who I am and focusing in trusting higher plan. I transmuted from sensitive soul to empowered leader.
1. Energetic Integrity
The first thing that changed everything was learning to stop looking outside for validation and start living in energetic honesty. First, it’s all about removing distractions and sitting with yourself to finally hear the inner truth. Not doing things because “they work” or “what’s spiritual” but because they feel true to you. That includes how I price, how I speak, how I hold space, how I live. People feel that. They feel when you’re real or when you are not. That’s what creates trust, safety and magnetism. When your energy and your actions are saying the same thing. It’s not about being perfect, because we all have some blindspots and don’t know what we are doing with this human life. It’s about trust in you and higher guides that what you feel and see in your inner vision is more true than what you see outside.
2. Courage to Take Bold Moves
Everything I’ve created came from moments where I had no clue what would happen next. The emptiness, the void before seeing the journey. But I said yes anyway because I felt inner call. Something that is leading me to the expansion. Leaving my old brand. Moving from Europe to United States. Launching higher-priced offers. All of it came from trusting the unknown and doing it scared. You’re never really “ready” for the next level. Until you decide to leap into next version of you. Your future self is already living in parallel reality. You’re just catching up.
3. Doing the Invisible Work
The frequency work, connecting with pure channel. Seeing through my ego. Seeing through the games and how to take the lead of your energy. The moments when no one’s watching and you’re still showing up for your own field. That’s the part people don’t talk about enough. But that’s what gets you to new reality and holds creations consistently. Without that, the success won’t last. With that, you become unshakeable.
