Meet Kristine Frazier

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Kristine Frazier. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Kristine below.

Hi Kristine, we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?
My confidence comes from the understanding that there is no other person like me. We are all created uniquely for a purpose. Although, I was not always as confident as I am today, I learned to love myself and focus on all the greatness I possess. The purpose of my business name is to encourage everyone that we are all queens and kings, no matter where we are on our walk-in life. We should focus on learning, elevating and adjusting our crown. Thats not only an encouragement to others, but a constant reminder to myself.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
Elevated Queen Essentials is a women owned resin art business that offers an array of resin home decor from coasters and trays, to tables and wall art.

However, it is more than art. It’s about encouraging people that life is all about elevating. No matter what life throws at us, no matter what your walk of life is, we are all Queen’s and King’s. I sell affordable home decor with a goal of empowering other to always grow, learn and elevate. Life is all about elevating, dust off your crown and readjusted it.

I have always been a creative. I create a sense of self expression with hopes to inspire others to seek and embrace their passions. We are all Queens and Kings worthy of our best selves. I create to encourage.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
First and foremost, believe in yourself. Not everyone will see your dreams and that is totally fine. Do what you love and the support will follow. Once you find your passion, take the leap! whether it’s a crawl, step, run or dive into the deep end, make a move. Your target costumer/guest/client etc. will find to you. Lastly, be your own advocate, find your community, socialize and build your support system. They will help motivate and uplift you.

Do you think it’s better to go all in on our strengths or to try to be more well-rounded by investing effort on improving areas you aren’t as strong in?
I believe it is always best to focus on our strengths and weaknesses simultaneously. For example, when I started my business, I focused on my strengths at the time, which was my craft and my socializing skills. Although, it catapulted me into doing what I love, I had no knowledge of running a business. So, I used my skills to ask questions, make genuine connections and build my community. I learned so much from other vendors, event organizers and customers. I found organizations that I am currently working with to learn the ins and outs of entrepreneurship and I try to go to socializing events as well.

Although, it may feel overwhelming at times. I think it is imperative to utilize your strengths and cultivate your weaknesses simultaneously. Not only is it healthier for you but it makes the journey easier in the long run.
