We recently connected with LaLa Jones and have shared our conversation below.

LaLa, so excited to have you with us today. So much we can chat about, but one of the questions we are most interested in is how you have managed to keep your creativity alive.

I keep my creativity alive by feeding my inner child. That’s really where my magic lives. I let myself play, explore, and get inspired the same way I did growing up. Watching other creators online always sparks something in me too. It feels like witnessing possibility in real time.

I also tap into the joy I share with my nine year old son. Spending time with him keeps me curious, light, and imaginative. And honestly, staying grounded, calm, and at peace is a huge part of it. When my spirit is settled, my ideas flow naturally. Creativity isn’t something I force. It’s something I nurture.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

Professionally, I wear a lot of hats, and each one connects back to my purpose. I’m a spiritualist, a wedding officiant, a tarot reader, a manifestation and life coach, a jewelry creator, a content creator, and a Reiki practitioner. Everything I do centers around helping people heal, feel seen, and step into the version of themselves they’ve been reaching for.

The most exciting and special part of my work is witnessing those aha moments, the ones where someone who has been struggling finally feels something click into place. I have a soft spot for the people who’ve spent their whole lives feeling unseen or unheard. I acknowledge them, I pour into them, and I remind them that they matter, they’re important, and they have something meaningful to contribute to this world. Those moments of transformation… that’s what keeps me passionate about what I do.

I’m also expanding into the digital product realm. Lately I’ve been creating games that bring unity, fun, and a sense of community. Life can be heavy, and these games give people a chance to escape the hum drum of the world and reconnect with each other in laughter and joy.

And soon, I’ll be offering mobile Reiki sessions. I’m Reiki 2 certified, and bringing that healing energy directly to people is something I’m really excited about. My brand is all about connection, elevation, and helping people return to themselves, and everything I do ties right back to that mission.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Looking back, the three qualities that shaped my journey the most were being grounded, committing to my inner healing, and staying true to my authentic self. Those have been my anchors through every twist and turn.

For anyone just starting out, my biggest advice is to understand that growth doesn’t happen overnight. I’ve had ups, downs, ins, and outs. There were moments when I thought I had mastered a lesson, only to realize there was still more to learn. That’s part of the process.

Take your time and be gentle with yourself. You’re a soul having a human experience, and the imperfections are what make you perfectly you. When you stay grounded, keep doing the inner work, and honor your authenticity, you’ll find your path unfolding exactly the way it needs to.

Is there a particular challenge you are currently facing?

The biggest challenge I’m facing right now is simply that there’s only one of me. I pour into every part of my business myself—from creating jewelry and designing digital products to writing wedding scripts, hosting private sessions, and vending at pop ups and markets. Sometimes I get asked to be in multiple places in one day, and while I can pull it off here and there, most of the time it just isn’t possible.

To overcome this, I’m manifesting a team, or even one solid partner, who’s aligned with my mission and just as passionate about the work I do. Someone who understands the purpose behind my brand and can help carry the load as the business continues to grow. I know the right people will show up at the right time, and I’m preparing myself and my systems for that expansion.
