Meet Lala Triplett

We recently connected with Lala Triplett and have shared our conversation below.

Lala, thank you so much for making time for us. We’ve always admired your ability to take risks and so maybe we can kick things off with a discussion around how you developed your ability to take and bear risk?
Realizing I have this one life to live, and that time is the resource we do not get back has shifted my approach and ability to take risk. By being aware of this helps me to get in focus, be bold, move into action, and take risk.

As for a process of developing the ability to take risk, I think it starts with knowing what you want to experience and accomplish in this life. When this is clear then I think the ability to take risk develops and strengthens.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
I help women up-level themselves, step confidently into their power, and elevate their image to radiate success.

I’m an Image Consultant, Coach, and Entrepreneur.

I take clients through a framework; I refer to as The Powerhouse Woman. In this framework, we first asses where the client is, her goals, and what is needed to get her where she wants to be. Then we move on to curating an action plan, elevating her image to command opportunities & success, and ending with the transformation of her stepping into her magnetic presence.

It’s a process of bridging the gap between my clients’ aspirations and their image, fostering self-assurance and confidence.

I love what I do! I love that my work allows me to combine my love for personal development, style, lifestyle, and luxury.

My work allows me to empower my clients to become the best version of themselves. It’s rewarding when a client tells me I’ve helped them elevate their mindset or life and feel more powerfully confident.

It’s a new season and I’ve opened up spaces for my Powerhouse Woman Services and Program, taking on new clients. It’s a new season and I’m ready to help more ambitious women.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Looking back, I think the three areas that have been the most impactful in my journey are my interpersonal skills, tenacity, and self-awareness.

My advice for anyone going after their dreams and goals personally and professionally, develop your tenacity. If you want to be successful in reaching your goals, you have to be persistent, not give up, and keep going! We hear or read it all the time, but it’s important to reiterate. The journey of life and business isn’t easy, don’t expect a smooth easy road, instead develop your tenacity. Along with tenacity develop a growth mindset.

Interpersonal skills should definitely be worked on and cultivated. Interpersonal skills refer to how we interact, communicate, and behave with others. Learn how to communicate better. This is a skill that can be used in every area of life from relationships, work, or business.

Self-awareness. Learn yourself and understand yourself, Learn your values, beliefs, emotions, personality, strengths, weaknesses. To learn about yourself, start with journaling and documenting, like actually taking pen to paper.

How would you describe your ideal client?
I offer premium services for women who understand there is power in the way she shows up in her life, both personally and professionally. She knows that she is her greatest asset and understands the importance of investing in herself and the woman she is becoming.

She seeks to be stylish with a modern sophisticated edge that exude her feminine power.
She has an affinity for luxury, lifestyle, and experiences.
She believes in positioning herself for success,
She believes in living an extraordinary life and living life is the occasion to dress up for.

My clients are ambitious smart women ready to step into the next level of themselves and transform.
