Meet Larry Lambert Ii

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Larry Lambert Ii. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Larry below.

Larry , looking forward to learning from your journey. You’ve got an amazing story and before we dive into that, let’s start with an important building block. Where do you get your work ethic from?

My work ethic comes from the passion I have to see how great I could be mixed with where I came from and where I’m working to go.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

I am blessed to share my gift of music around the world either on stage or in the studio with some of the best artists in the game! Being able to give back is what’s the most exciting part about music. My name is Larry Lambert but my artist name is Uncle Bubz and I just released a single “Gud 4 Nothin ft. Brayla” off my upcoming project!

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

The best three qualities that were the most impactful was being about to listen, being patient, and being intentional. Working on self characteristics are more important than working on your “gift”

Any advice for folks feeling overwhelmed?

When I get overwhelmed I try to steer my focus on the simpler things in life that doesn’t require much importance. Like playing the game, listening to my favorite songs, playing basketball.
