Meet Lartarsha Parramore

We were lucky to catch up with Lartarsha Parramore recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Lartarsha , thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?
I have to say with All Honesty and heart,I get my work ethic from My Mother. I can remember when I was only 9yrs old and my moved myself and my 2 siblings to Atlanta Ga. She had already obtained a job before moving us here with her. I watched her get all of dressed and made sure we ate before leaving the house. She would do worked around the house we lived in at the time by cooking and cleaning along with me watching her and learning. Then she would drop all 3 of us off at school in 3 different places. I must say my Mom had worked bout 5hrs at home before getting to her actual job. She worked a full 8hrs as a waitress at a restaurant. When she got off from there she pushed another 5hrs just getting us from school and Daycare then getting home working to get us all fed, bathed, and in bed at our scheduled bed time. She worked all the time no matter what she worked. I watched her and learned so much about showing up on time and Dressed for success. She worked everyday she was scheduled.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
