Meet Laura Cheadle

We were lucky to catch up with Laura Cheadle recently and have shared our conversation below.

Laura , thank you so much for joining us. You are such a positive person and it’s something we really admire and so we wanted to start by asking you where you think your optimism comes from?

It’s from knowing that I am on a high frequency constantly. I am constantly working towards my goals and on myself to stay conscious and know that anything is possible with manifestation and hard work.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I am a professional singer/musician. I use my voice for many aspects of my career whether it be tv/film/ live performance/commercial work and more. I am currently featured in a Tribeca Film festival selected film ‘They’re Here’ that premiers June 8th! This is so exciting because not only am I telling my story, but my music is featured. I love to use my music for various platforms and that’s what makes life exciting!

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

I would say having talent is very important , having patience and having drive! I would tell anyone that is early in a career of music to truly focus on the art first and then get out there and network! Meeting people is crucial in this industry!

Awesome, really appreciate you opening up with us today and before we close maybe you can share a book recommendation with us. Has there been a book that’s been impactful in your growth and development?

I am obsessed with ‘The Celestine Prophecy’ I clearly am late to the game in reading in but wow has it changed my life. It is such a beautiful story on how synchronicity can change your life when you’re in the right mind set. Changing your own world begins from within.
