Meet Laura Gindac

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Laura Gindac a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Laura, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?

Finding purpose isn’t a moment of discovery for me—it’s more of a gradual unfolding. I never actively sought out a singular purpose. Instead, I intentionally immersed myself in the things I loved doing and areas I wanted to learn more about. I followed my curiosity, letting each experience lead to the next, without worrying about the end result. It was in that flow, that continuous exploration, that an idea sparked—something that felt right, even though I wasn’t sure how to execute it just yet. But I didn’t let uncertainty stop me; I simply kept moving forward, trusting that the path would reveal itself in time.
To me, purpose isn’t a fixed destination; it’s a journey. It’s the drive to keep learning, exploring, and stepping into the unknown. Purpose is a reason, but it’s not an endpoint. It’s an invitation to discover what’s possible when you lean into curiosity, try new things, and let life take its course. Each step on that journey feels natural, even when the future isn’t clear. The more I embraced the unfamiliar, the more I realized that purpose is a dynamic process—one that continuously evolves as we grow and adapt. And in that, I found the truest sense of fulfillment.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

My business vision with XQ-SLESS is to create a worldwide space where individuals can find affordable support they need in every area of life. Daily support in under 7 minutes. It’s a place where professional enthusiasm converges, and people can come together to share their unique skills, qualifications, and experiences. I want to build an environment where services are not only provided but are deeply rooted in the intention to help others, allowing for meaningful connections and personal growth.
XQ-SLESS was born out of the idea of eliminating the everyday excuses that we all encounter—those mental barriers that hold us back from achieving more. We’ve all faced limitations in one form or another, and I want to help break through them. My goal is to push past those obstacles, not by competing with others, but by uniting as one collective force. With a clear purpose and intention, we will honor the law of balance and harmony, ensuring that giving and receiving flow freely. By doing so, we create a space of collaboration and empowerment that allows us all to thrive together.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Throughout my journey, I’ve developed three key qualities and skills that have been essential in navigating challenges and staying aligned with my vision. The first is the ability to stay faithful to the vision, regardless of the distractions or obstacles that come my way. I’ve learned that challenges and negative situations aren’t roadblocks—they are simply signs or tests that push me to keep going, to strengthen my resolve and faith in the journey.
The second quality is building resilience and confidence as a leader. It’s not just about facing adversity but understanding that setbacks are a natural part of the process. These moments aren’t failures; they’re times to rest, reflect, and regroup. They provide an opportunity to reorganize my vision and come back stronger, ready to tackle what’s next.
Lastly, I’ve learned the importance of choosing where to invest my time and energy. I’ve realized that investing in negative thoughts, worries, and doubts only limits my growth and potential. These are often rooted in past experiences, and by shifting my focus to creating a brighter future and putting the spotlight on that, I’m able to move forward with clarity and purpose. It’s about actively choosing to invest in what aligns with my goals and vision, fostering a mindset of growth and possibility.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?

My business is deeply rooted in collaboration, and I’m specifically seeking to connect with entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, small business owners, as well as business and financial coaches and experts in the wellness industry. I’m looking for individuals who are eager to start or grow their businesses and are passionate about sharing their unique knowledge and expertise. Whether you’re a wellness coach, fitness expert, financial coach, business strategist, or someone with specialized skills in health, personal development, or finance, I’d love to collaborate with you.
I want to create a space where driven individuals from all over the world can come together, exchange ideas, and learn from each other. The focus is on building partnerships with people who are ready to showcase their expertise and are committed to creating positive change. If you’re an entrepreneur, solopreneur, or expert in business and finance within the wellness industry looking to grow your impact, share your insights, and collaborate on meaningful projects, I invite you to join me. Together, we can build a thriving community that empowers others and fosters mutual growth.
