We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Laurel Pendle. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Laurel below.
Laurel, we’re thrilled to have you sharing your thoughts and lessons with our community. So, for folks who are at a stage in their life or career where they are trying to be more resilient, can you share where you get your resilience from?
In the fast-paced world of entrepreneurship, it’s not uncommon to encounter moments when I feel stuck in my life and business journey. Roadblocks are plentiful, but having and maintaining resilience is essential to moving forward. If I am being completely honest, I have had more than my fair share of these setbacks and challenges.
I try to remember that setbacks are a natural part of being human. I often think about these periods of stagnation as a way for my mind and body to pause, reset, self-reflect, and innovate. I look at challenges as opportunities (I admit, it certainly isn’t easy most days). In fact, these lessons and opportunities can be valuable learning experiences that ultimately lead to greater impact, growth, resilience, faith and success.
By remaining adaptable, intentional, and persistent, I can overcome stagnation and burnout and continue progressing towards my business goals and life vision. I continually train my brain and body through intentional wellness, prayer, and positive mental health strategies. I don’t allow fear to dominate my decisions, and I trust that God has my back to lead me and keep my path straight.
Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
Hello, I am Laurel Pendle. I’m the founder and owner of LPBC Services LLC, a female-owned leadership and marketing consulting agency located in sunny Arizona. I’m passionate about helping busy business owners, stressed entrepreneurs, and overwhelmed executives get to the root cause of what’s blocking the flow of growth, visibility, and profitability in their organizations. This is where business consulting, marketing and purpose-filled leadership strategy intersect.
My story is one of transformation, purpose, and intentional leadership. For decades, I served as a high-level corporate executive, navigating the complexities of Fortune 100/500 companies, nonprofits, and global organizations by creating successful sales, marketing and public relations strategies.
On paper, it was a successful career—but behind the titles and achievements, I was exhausted, burnt out, and unfulfilled. I realized that success alone wasn’t enough; I longed for freedom, meaning, and the ability to live life on my own terms.
That realization became my turning point for something more purposeful. I transitioned from the corporate world to embrace my calling as a serial entrepreneur, business owner, and mental health executive coach. I desired to answer God’s calling to care more about aligning purpose with profits and to create a meaningful impact in the world.
What sets me apart from other leaders is my ability to blend strategic clarity with a heartfelt purpose. I don’t just look at what’s going wrong—I uncover why it’s happening and help you move forward with intention, balance, and renewed vision.
It’s exciting that we have had a lot of interest in our new brand of leadership and business products. We recently launched a line of Executive Life Coaching and Mental Health Wellness packages aimed at the executive leader and business owner that is overwhelmed and desires clarity on what might be holding them back from personal transformation and success in their business. Leadership roles—especially entrepreneurial ones—come with emotional burdens that far exceed the norm. That means mental health executive and business coaching can offer profound value.
LPBC Services‘ philosophy is simple yet powerful: People and relationships come first. When businesses and leaders align with their purpose, financial success follows.
I believe sustainable growth—personally and professionally—comes from a healthy foundation. “The best businesses and leaders don’t just chase profits—they cultivate impact, embrace an abundance mindset, and leave a lasting legacy.”
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Looking back in my life and career path, I believe the following 3 values and qualities have made all the difference:
1- Character: I approach life and business from a place of inner strength, resiliency, courage, integrity and truth.
2- Intentional: I design plans and processes that are purposeful and deliberate to guide clients to see future results that are important to them. I do this in my personal life as well.
3- Heart-Centered: I treat our clients and partners like family. I aim to be open, direct, and honest to build the same sense of authenticity and transparency in our communications and business practices that I do with my own family and friends.
If you are new to your role or just starting out as a business owner, I would encourage you to explore your unique skills and talents and the reason(s) behind the WHY of what you do. This will help you on the journey of fulfillment, purpose, and creating your life’s work. If you are stuck, let’s chat!
One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
Our ideal partners and collaborators are business leaders and organizations who:
1. Lead with integrity and a desire to make a difference
2. Value strategic clarity, accountability, and growth
3. Understand that personal well-being fuels professional success
We also collaborate with leadership development firms, C-level executives, mid- sized business owners, marketing agencies, faith-based leaders and organizations who share our vision—to empower leaders to grow with authenticity, impact and purpose. Together, we can build stronger businesses, healthier teams, and more intentional leadership.
Your story has power. Be Heard. Be Seen. Be Understood.
Let’s work together to align your purpose with profit, so you can step fully into your potential and create the impact you were meant to make.
