Meet Lauretta Ita

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Lauretta Ita. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Lauretta, appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?

I sat for some time, trying to reason why I chose this topic, as I am not quite sure the direct answer to it.
If I was to tell you that my resilience came from a particular thing, I would be not be truthful.

Resilience has always been a word I resonated with. Certain life experiences had created many mental and emotional barriers that kept me from obtaining certain experiences I desired. However, the Will, Zeal & Connection I have toward manifesting these things, provides me the tenacity I need to keep moving even in the midst of adversity.

My tenacity comes from a combination of the failures that turned into lessons. the trials that forced in wisdom, the Divine connection to the creator of all things, my ancestral bloodline, but most of all, its my deep desire to experience all or most of my dreams & visions for my life, before i depart this existence, that keeps me resilient.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

As a Spiritual & Life Coach, I support growth oriented people through through their mental & spiritual ascension.

I specialize in helping clients bring awareness to the “Invisible Blocks” that are keeping them from achieving goals, visions, life purpose and their highest potential by providing tools, strategies and a road map for success!

What excites me the most about what I do is to witness people go through powerful transformations and breakthroughs. My passion lies in supporting those who are seriously looking for an elevated life experiences of peace and purpose and are willing to do the work to manifest the lifestyle they desire.

The most special thing about my business is the fact that I took a big leap of faith despite social odds. Another special thing about it, is that I feel the creation of the business was divinely guided from the spiritual realm…and for that I am grateful to witness.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

I would definitely say my Psychological skills. The reason I became a Coach is because right from childhood I was very inquisitive, wanting to have an understanding behind every action.
Also, in College, I switched my major to Psychology because at this point I was infatuated with the human mind.

As an advice, a way to develop or improve your skill is by practicing your services with friends, colleagues & family.
I would also advice to take course/class that provides you with more education & tools to help you improve your skills.

Also you don’t want to undermind your unique ability because there’s no one on this entire planet that can do it the way you can, and there’s a group of people all over the world that need your Magik only from you!

How can folks who want to work with you connect?

I am looking to collaborate with fellow like minded entrepreneurs who are interested in working together to host a Spiritual Wellness Retreat.

People who passionate and feel called to connect for such a sacred and impactful work.

You can connect with me through email: [email protected]
