Hi Laurie, appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?

Hard work and striving for excellence help us avoid problems. When issues arise, I turn to nature to calm and reset my mind and body.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

We have a 157-acre conservation center where we have been committed to organic farming and restoring our property for over two decades. Our dedication to preserving our beautiful property is also reflected in our skin and hair care products.

My advice to anyone starting a new company is to pursue what you are passionate about, recruit the most talented individuals you can afford, refuse to compromise on quality, and take time every day to recharge and rejuvenate yourself.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?

We are always seeking new young people to WWOOF on our farm. We have welcomed numerous young individuals interested in organic farming, skincare, and off-grid living.
