Meet Le-Tis Williams

We were lucky to catch up with Le-Tis Williams recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Le-Tis, really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?
I would say my purpose found me. Lol I’ve always had a business/servitude mindset and knew that one day I will be setting ablaze paths that would be purposeful. My passion always placed me in the center of networking and supporting individuals with their aspirations while pursuing mine. Coupled with my faith in God and life’s experiences, I always had a passion or felt the need to give back what was given to me and/or curate spaces for others to be able to receive what is needed to develop personally and or professionally.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
I am the founder and owner of Chosen Fit, a faith-based T-shirt brand; S.i.p & Vision, See It Prosper, LLC a ministry organization that supports individuals actively pursuing their purpose; and I am an Interior Designer. I’ve also worked for The City of New York for going on eighteen years. S.i.p & Vision, See It Prosper, LLC supports individuals personally and professionally through vision onboarding, resources, and curated events. I’m currently focusing on expanding the scope to shift from stationed to mobilized events, making my brand accessible to corporate, community-based organizations and academic entities. Simultaneously, I am also working on an additional certification in Interior Design. For upcoming announcements and events, people can subscribe to sipandvision.com website.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
The three most impactful qualities for me are flexibility, patience, and discernment. You have to be flexible with the many challenges and changes faced when in pursuit of any goal: you must have patience with yourself and the process. Babies weren’t born knowing how to walk as a newborn or toddler. Having discernment gives you the ability to perceive, positively project, and place people and things where they need to be at in and out of seasons.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?
Absolutely! I love networking and supporting people/brands that positively impact the targeted audience and builds wealth. I look to connect with likeminded people in many different fields such as beauty industry, sports entertainment, music industry, education, arts and culture, health, etc. If interested in learning more about S.i.p & Vision, See It Prosper one can follow me on Instagram at s.i.p_vision, subscribe to the website www.sipandvision.com or email at [email protected]
