We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful LeAnn Hendrick. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with LeAnn below.
LeAnn, we’ve been so fortunate to work with so many incredible folks and one common thread we have seen is that those who have built amazing lives for themselves are also often the folks who are most generous. Where do you think your generosity comes from?
I would have to say that my generosity comes first and foremost from God and secondly from my mother. I was taught at a young age that the greatest gift that you can bestow upon another person is the gift of giving of yourself to others through deeds and actions. True generosity comes from a pure place from within the giver. It is unconditional and genuinely shows compassion and caring for another.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

LeAnn is keenly aware that the work it takes to build a brighter future doesn’t happen by discussing ideas on a call, however the labor of love that happens always goes BEYOND THE CALL!

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
The three most important ingredients that were impactful in my journey are as follows:
1. My spiritual belief with my Lord. This relationship has allowed me to stay grounded and focused.
2. The foundation that my mother established when I was a child. My mother was my first real life example of what love, dedication, and service looked like. She served others with excellence and therefore impacted my life.
3. My third but not final quality came from my willingness to want to do right by people and make an impact in the lives of others. The love I have for mankind and the desire to make a difference to the point that it causes someone to say because of you and your walk in obedience according to God I held on and refused to give up.

Before we go, any advice you can share with people who are feeling overwhelmed?
When I am feeling overwhelmed I turn to prayer and meditation. I also use this a time to self reflect and journal. Journaling has been a staple in my life as it gives me the opportunity to write out how I feel, what I want to see and also clears my mind.
