We recently connected with Lefty Pachino and have shared our conversation below.
Lefty , looking forward to learning from your journey. You’ve got an amazing story and before we dive into that, let’s start with an important building block. Where do you get your work ethic from?
My work ethic comes from a long line of hard and prideful men in my family, we were one of the less privileged families and the family is huge but full of love .I watched my grandfather and my father along with all of my uncles do whatever they had to for the bills to be paid and the family structure to stay in order.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
Well I current am a recording artist , I was initially signed to A couple of record companies, still as independent but distribution deals helped me to be able to keep my craft going as well as take care of my family. I am Currently the owner of Chico Music, and Lefty Pachino Productions , I am constantly in the studio working on my craft whether it be features or just Mixtape records staying relevant until I sign my new deal in which I will keep under raps until that time.
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
I would say the most impactful movements in my particular line of business would be the fact that I have learned to always read up on business ,the contracts are really important in a career such as music. My advice would be not to jump at opportunity so fast , educate yourself as much as possible so when you walk into a room you are not going in blind with at least some knowledge of how the situation should operate in your favor.. listening is always key. Chime in after you have assessed the situation.

Awesome, really appreciate you opening up with us today and before we close maybe you can share a book recommendation with us. Has there been a book that’s been impactful in your growth and development?
I would say the 48 Laws of power by Robert Greene, a quote that stuck with me the most was law number 4 it states” Saying less can be more powerful , allowing you to maintain credibility and control the conversation.” All ways control the room if it involves your life and your brand …
