Hi Leinz, thank you for being such a positive, uplifting person. We’ve noticed that so many of the successful folks we’ve had the good fortune of connecting with have high levels of optimism and so we’d love to hear about your optimism and where you think it comes from.

law of assumption, by neville goddard and before that the bible it self.. both teach the same thing in essence.. so i put both in pot and made my spin so to speak… been doing it so long, i no lnger see anything as a problem or issue… it actually excites me now when i run into a obstacle as i know there is no such thing as a problem, only hidden oppurtunty to grow and get better.. now i pray for problems to solve

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

Thank you for the opportunity to share my story and mission!
I’m Leinz Cherilus, and I wear a few hats as a real estate entrepreneur, creative artist, and community advocate. My primary focus professionally is my company, Real Estate of Mind, where we simplify the world of wholesaling and house flipping for aspiring investors. What sets us apart is our emphasis on mindset—not just teaching the technical aspects of real estate but helping people cultivate the focus, discipline, and confidence needed to succeed.

What I find most exciting is the transformational journey we facilitate for our clients and followers. Many of the people we help never thought they could build wealth through real estate, yet they leave our seminars, coaching, or online resources with actionable tools to do just that. We’re passionate about creating opportunities for financial independence, especially in communities that historically haven’t had access to these resources.

Beyond real estate, I’m also a recording artist and director. My music challenges societal norms and sparks important conversations. For example, my recent single, “Woe to Man,” dives into themes of self-worth and authenticity, encouraging women to embrace their natural beauty. I’ve also been working on a music video for another track, “Fresh Out the Pot,” which has been an exciting creative process.

What’s new?

I’m launching an ADHD-focused Facebook page soon, merging my passion for real estate and career growth with strategies tailored for neurodivergent individuals.
My Facebook group, Real Estate of Mind: Wholesaling & Flipping Made Easy 101, continues to grow as a space for budding real estate investors to learn, share, and collaborate.
We recently held a real estate seminar in Orlando that covered wholesaling, fix-and-flip strategies, and even mindfulness techniques led by my wife, highlighting the holistic approach we bring to the industry.
Ultimately, everything I do—from real estate to music—is about empowerment. Whether I’m helping someone close their first real estate deal or inspiring self-love through my art, my mission is to leave people better than I found them.

Thank you for the chance to share what I’m passionate about with your readers—I’d love for anyone interested to connect with me and join the journey!

but they have to be in REAL ESTATE OF MIND

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Looking back, there are three qualities and skills that have been most impactful in my journey:

1. Vision and Clarity of Purpose
Having a clear vision of what I wanted to achieve—both in real estate and my creative pursuits—has been foundational. Knowing the “why” behind my work keeps me focused, even when the path gets tough. For those early in their journey, I’d advise taking the time to deeply reflect on your goals. Write them down, revisit them often, and break them into actionable steps. Success starts with clarity.

2. Resilience and Adaptability
The road to success is never linear. I’ve faced challenges, setbacks, and moments of self-doubt, but resilience and adaptability have been my strongest allies. In real estate, deals fall through, and in music, creative blocks happen. The key is to learn from every experience and keep moving forward. My advice: embrace failure as part of the process, and always look for lessons in tough moments. Surround yourself with supportive people and stay adaptable to the changing landscape of your field.

3. The Ability to Build Relationships
In both real estate and the arts, relationships have been a game-changer. Whether it’s connecting with mentors, partners, or clients, success is often about how well you work with others. For aspiring professionals, I recommend honing your communication skills, practicing active listening, and always looking for ways to add value to others. Building trust and being genuinely helpful will take you far.

Advice for Development:

Start with self-awareness. Know your strengths and areas for growth.
Invest in personal development—read books, take courses, and seek mentorship in areas that align with your goals.
Most importantly, take action. The best way to grow is through doing and learning from experience.
Each of these qualities—vision, resilience, and relationship-building—has shaped my journey, and I believe they can be transformative for anyone who commits to developing them.

Thanks so much for sharing all these insights with us today. Before we go, is there a book that’s played in important role in your development?

One book that has played a significant role in my development is “The 48 Laws of Power” by Robert Greene. It’s a timeless guide that provides insights into strategy, influence, and self-awareness, which have been invaluable in both my real estate career and personal growth.

Here are a few impactful lessons I’ve taken from it:

1. Law 6: Court Attention at All Costs
In both business and creative ventures, standing out is non-negotiable. This law taught me the importance of branding myself and my work in a way that captures attention. Whether it’s marketing my company, Real Estate of Mind, or creating music that challenges societal norms, I’ve learned that visibility drives opportunity.

2. Law 28: Enter Action with Boldness
This law reminds me to take decisive steps, especially in moments of uncertainty. Whether it’s negotiating a real estate deal or launching a new project, boldness builds confidence and signals to others that I’m serious about what I do. Bold action has often turned “what-ifs” into tangible success.

3. Law 15: Crush Your Enemy Totally
While this may sound harsh, it’s more about eliminating obstacles or weaknesses in your path completely. I’ve applied this principle to overcoming self-doubt, procrastination, and distractions. Addressing challenges head-on and leaving no room for their return has been crucial to my growth.

Takeaway Advice:
This book isn’t just about gaining power over others—it’s about mastering yourself. It taught me to think strategically, take control of my narrative, and approach challenges with purpose. For anyone seeking to elevate their mindset and career, I highly recommend diving into it.
