We recently connected with Leisha Olesch and have shared our conversation below.

Leisha , looking forward to learning from your journey. You’ve got an amazing story and before we dive into that, let’s start with an important building block. Where do you get your work ethic from?

I come from a very long line of hard workers on both my mother and father’s side. I like to think a lot of my determination in life and career comes from my paternal grandfather, Pete. I’m a lot like him. I also was raised in a very difficult home and started working as a small child starting at a very young age.. I was cleaning house at age 4, picking berries for school clothes money at 10, babysitting all summer also at age 10. I got my first job at Taco Bell at age 16. When I was growing up, I learned really quickly to work and work hard to survive. I had to make the money for my school clothes, shoes,, my own groceries in the home and basically anything I wanted or needed I had to earn the money myself to pay for it.
My work ethic was born out of a necessity for survival. I was buying my own groceries by age 11.. I’m proud to be a hard worker.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

I am a Professional Psychic Medium. I was born with the gifts and abilities to be able to communicate with those who have passed away. I started my work professionally in 2010. I love channeling the deceased to help the living! I find it soul fulfilling to help empower my clients to live their very best lives!

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Tenacity, a love for humanity and sheer will to survive my life’s circumstances have really served me well in life and have taken me far. It’s important to never give up and find a way to give back to others! Always have faith in a better tomorrow!

If you knew you only had a decade of life left, how would you spend that decade?

If I only had a decade left to live, I would do what I’m already doing, I’d travel the world and help those I’m called to serve.
