Meet Leonard Robinson

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Leonard Robinson. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Alright, so we’re so thrilled to have Leonard with us today – welcome and maybe we can jump right into it with a question about one of your qualities that we most admire. How did you develop your work ethic? Where do you think you get it from?
I gained my work ethic my parents. My father was always a hard worked and great provider. He grew humble and had to begin working at a young age to help provide for his father and siblings as he was the oldest in his family. He left high school to work in the family farm to support the family, He joined the Army and served several years in World War II and brought with him the same discipline of the military that he attained while there. We were raised with respect and proper conduct which I instilled in my children. He was tough but fair and taught us how to work hard and become survivors in life and handling difficult situations.

My Mother was the heartbeat of the family. Always considerate of others and instilling in us to work habits and behaviors. Even being and woman with a family, she continued to work to provide for the family. We worked within the home and took employment working for several years. She challenged all of us to get the education we needed to be competitive in the world of business and in life. She was observant in understanding the needs in which we needed to be the best communicators and navigators in life with having a strong religious tie to God. We all grew up Christians and attended church regularly and that culture of her teachings tied our family to trust in God and family.

I know that without them both I would be here today, as they were truly my inspiration for my success and how I have tried to model my life the way that I grew up. My work ethic comes from the two strongest people that I ever had the opportunity of spending the most of my time with. I thank them for my upbringing and discipline.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
I work professionally as an Executive Leader in supply chain logistics for several years and as a Mentor for my previous direct reports. I pride myself of developing myself to support and assist my team in better understanding and knowledge in their careers and their personal lives. I am a accomplished author with my book, “Robinson International presents Heal” which was recognized by the New York Times “Best Seller”! One of my proudest moments next to my beautiful children.

I have established with the assistance of my adult children of family business in the CBD industry. We created Robinson International CBD in Dallas, Texas. We provide the best and highest quality CBD products in the market. With in depth research we realize the potential for natural alternative means to reduce stress, depression and pain. We will continue to push the limits in which we can provide natural healing for anyone suffering for mental and physical illnesses.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
God, family and integrity. Always trust in God as he will take care of you and your family. Raise your family to trust in him and have the love and integrity of God.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?
I would love to fund and collaborate a corporate to assist those dealing with mental illness. I want to increase the awareness of this issue and help others in understanding the handling it better ways for a greater result. Building an organization funded to support those that can not afford the proper care to get better and sustain a normal life.
