Meet Lily Boiko

We recently connected with Lily Boiko and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Lily, really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?

I never imagined that leaving my homeland, Ukraine, for the other side of the world — the U.S. — would be the path to discovering my purpose. And yet, returning to Ukraine and building what I do now has been the full circle of that journey.

Three years ago, when the war in Ukraine began, I lost my business, went through a painful divorce after 15 years of marriage, survived slander, and had to start my life from scratch as a single mom in a completely new environment.

Those challenges forced me to confront deep, existential questions. I stopped postponing life and began searching for a purpose beyond the conventional milestones — earning money, finding a partner, raising children, buying a house, and so on. I wanted something more — something that truly aligned with my soul.

During this period of intense inner reflection, I began my inner journey. A close friend, Mira Uniat, who had experienced her own spiritual awakening in 2020, guided me through it. She helped me uncover the root of my emotions, identify subconscious beliefs that no longer served me, and transcend the limitations I had unknowingly placed on myself. Slowly, I learned to live fully — without fear, without self-imposed boundaries.

By late 2023, the transformation was undeniable. I had gained the ability to regulate my nervous system when triggered, to respond rather than react. It was then that I realized — my purpose is to share what has helped me become a conscious creator and take full responsibility for how I feel. Because that is true freedom — and I want everyone to experience it.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

The seed of my current work was planted when I proposed to Mira that we start sharing the tools that helped us through our deepest struggles on our podcast, Eternally Fantastic. What began as a simple act of service grew into a high-frequency movement empowering creative minds to flourish in their fullest potential.

Today, we guide visionary individuals to transcend limits, embody their highest potential, and live with greater awareness. Through transformational tools and elevated experiences, we help people align with their most inspired expression.

Our ecosystem now includes several pillars:
• Learn & Transform — Books, podcasts, courses, events, and retreats for conscious evolution.
• EF Media & Publishing — Supporting the creation and release of content that enlightens, empowers, and expands.
• EF Club — A private space for reflection, support, and transformative gatherings with like-minded individuals.
• Conscious Store — Curated essentials for high-vibration living: fashion, sacred homeware, and wellness tools.
• Unity City — An innovative real estate project we are beginning to build in Ukraine, designed to bring the Eternally Fantastic vision into a thriving community where human evolution is nurtured at every level.

I also share my personal journey of transformation in my book, Eternally Fantastic, which blends intimate life stories with practical tools and reflective exercises to help readers break free from limiting beliefs, embrace their emotions with awareness, and step fully into their creative power. It serves as both a guide and an invitation to live consciously, take responsibility for one’s inner world, and unlock unique potential. Envisioned as a lifelong project that evolves alongside my own growth, the first book in the series is already available on Amazon — with more to come as I continue exploring and sharing this journey of awakening.

What excites me most is that our work merges personal awakening with collective evolution, showing that transformation can be joyful, creative, and deeply human.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Looking back, three qualities have shaped my entire journey — and continue to guide how I live and lead today.

Curiosity — Choosing curiosity over fear has been truly transformative. It means being open to new ways of seeing the world, questioning the beliefs we’ve carried since childhood, and experimenting with tools and practices to see what resonates. Reality is always filtered through our perception — and often, we are our own prison. Curiosity allows us to gently dissolve those boundaries and discover what is truly possible.

Courage — Inner transformation demands immense courage. The moment you commit to evolution, old habits and familiar patterns will try to pull you back, even when they no longer serve you. Courage is what allows you to walk through discomfort, to choose growth over safety, and to keep stepping forward when everything in you wants to retreat.

Following your heart — True inspired action arises when you connect with your inner guidance rather than letting the mind, with all its fears and doubts, dictate your choices. At first, this can feel like an internal struggle — the mind resists the heart. But each time you choose the heart, you deepen your alignment with your true self, and life begins to flow with more authenticity and aliveness.

For anyone at the beginning of their journey, my advice is simple yet profound: when making any decision — big or small — ask yourself, “Is this coming from fear or from love?” It can’t be both. Always choose love.

And equally important: never act while in a state of fear or contraction. Pause first. Breathe deeply, close your eyes, and observe your thoughts without judgment. Let your nervous system soften and return to safety before taking action.

Practicing this consistently builds the foundation for curiosity, courage, and heart-led living — helping you make choices from alignment rather than fear. That’s where true transformation begins.

If you knew you only had a decade of life left, how would you spend that decade?

This question goes straight to the heart of why I started changing my life. When the full-scale war in Ukraine began, every day became uncertain — you truly didn’t know which moment could be your last. People stopped postponing life. I even got my first tattoo with the word Now as a reminder to live fully in the present moment.

I realized that what keeps most people from living their dreams is fear — the endless “what ifs” and worst-case scenarios that our minds create to protect us. But those fears are just projections, not reality. The truth is, we never know if we’ll even wake up tomorrow. So why waste our precious time worrying about a future that might never come?

That awareness changed everything for me. It’s why I’m moving back to my home country, Ukraine, right now — even while the war is still ongoing. I’m not waiting for the “perfect” time or for external conditions to improve. I’m moving in October, before winter, even though there are electricity and heating blackouts — a decision that goes completely against public logic. But I don’t want to postpone what my heart is calling me to do: to launch our Eternally Fantastic mission in Ukraine and start building Unity City, the vision I’ve been nurturing for years.

I know that when I follow my inner calling — to help people heal, awaken, and create consciously — I am always supported. When you live from trust and alignment, the Universe truly conspires to uplift you.
