Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Compassion Respect & Integrity are three qualities I stand firm behind these 3  because with you have to have compassion for others in order to be productive in all areas of you life. Your respect is earned not given. To me having integrity will take you so many places in your personal & business life. The advice I would give anyone is failures are apart of your success. Always research because you should never want to stop learning in life. Always stay focused & disciplined because you have to allow yourself to do what makes sense not what’s trending in your personal & business life.

Any advice for folks feeling overwhelmed?
What I do when I’m feeling overwhelmed is take one day a week to do self care. I take myself completely away from my businesses & focus completely on me. My daily routine is that I do is praying, meditation,  affirmations, listening to music. I also sit in silence for about an hour allow myself to inhale & exhale so I can remain calm. I watch personal development videos I also write in my gratitude journal. I turn off all phones, social media & etc . When I’m traveling I love to sit by the water & just meditate & pray. I do things that makes me feel good internally.
