Meet Lindsay Blaszak

We recently connected with Lindsay Blaszak and have shared our conversation below.

Lindsay , we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.
Starting from a young age, all I really wanted was to be a mom. I didn’t have big career aspirations and bounced around college before leaving with a degree I never used. My “purpose” wasn’t something I could name back then — at the time, I just knew one day I wanted to be a mom.

And I did get to live out that dream. But even in the chaos of motherhood, there was always this little spark — a side hustle, a creative project, a way to connect with other moms and offer support. From making jewelry and blogging to editing baby gear reviews and launching an online community for moms, I constantly found myself creating tools and systems to help others thrive.

Eventually, as my kids grew, I did enter the workforce full time — and the structure and lack of creativity involved made me feel like I lost a piece of myself. I did what I had to at the time, but still, my entrepreneurial wheels were always turning. In the midst of this, I followed another passion of mine- holistic health and wellness. I became certified as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, thinking I’d write for health and wellness focused websites and blogs. Instead, I ended up coaching clients 1:1.

While coaching, I was reminded of how much I loved the creative, building side of business— the branding, the systems, the designing. I’d spend hours making handouts and resources, and loved when other coaches asked for my help in doing the same. It lit me up.

After a tough season and a rock-bottom moment, I left a job that wasn’t serving me and took a chance on something small — helping my husband clean up a Power Point presentation he was working on. I was reminded how much I loved the process of taking information and turning it into something beautiful, clear, and impactful. That was the moment everything came full circle.

In April 2025, I opened my Etsy shop selling digital tools for health and nutrition coaches — things like client handouts, templates for functional labs like HTMA, and yep… presentation decks. Every single product is something I once needed myself, and now I get to support other coaches with tools that help them show up with confidence, clarity, and professionalism, and allow them to focus on what matters- their clients!

I guess my takeaway would be that finding your purpose isn’t a final destination — it’s a journey, ever-evolving. For me, purpose is fluid. Abstract. It’s something I’ve built piece by piece through trial, error, curiosity — and a willingness to just jump in and try, even when I had no idea what I was doing. And I know it will continue to unfold that way.

Looking back, I can see how every pivot, side hustle, misstep, rock bottom, or passion project added up. None of it was wasted. It was the direction I needed. The moment I stopped trying to force a version of success that didn’t fit — and started following the creative work that came easily to me — that’s when things finally clicked.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
I run Wild Clover Wellness, an Etsy-based digital studio that creates beautifully-designed, science-driven resources for health and nutrition coaches. Think editable Canva presentation decks, client handouts, lab-report templates, lead magnets—everything a practitioner needs to educate clients with clarity and show up looking polished, without spending hours in front of a blank slide deck.

Most coaches love teaching and supporting people; they don’t love wrestling with graphic design or reinventing the wheel for every session. My work sits at that intersection of creativity and function: I translate complex concepts (minerals, gut health, macros, detox, etc.) into accessible visuals and plug-and-play tools that save coaches time, elevate their professionalism, and ultimately help more clients understand and apply these principles.

What makes my products unique is twofold: First, I’m a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, so every resource is field-tested and grounded in the foundational principles most coaches learn in functional nutrition programs. I’ve been in the work — and I know what’s actually helpful in a client session.

Second, I keep it simple and purposeful. A lot of coach template kits out there come with 1,000+ designs and fluffy filler content you’ll probably never use. Nobody has time to sort through all that. My tools are clean, minimalist, and designed to serve a specific function — whether it’s presenting a specific topic to a group, hosting a webinar, educating a client on minerals or walking them through a protocol.
Everything is also fully editable, so coaches can easily plug in their own logo, colors, and voice — and make it their own in minutes.

What’s new & next for Wild Clover Wellness?

-I’m currently offering a freebie that has been a huge hit- the HTMA Starter Kit- which includes 4 handouts and gives coaches a taste of my client visuals and mineral education style.

-The Wellness Resource Collective (launching this fall). a low-ticket monthly membership delivering one fresh template, one client handout, and one marketing asset every month—perfect for coaches who want ongoing support without creating content themselves. It will also likely include live trainings and business coaching as well.

-Expanded Presentation Line-Up. This summer I’m adding more presentation decks to complement popular ones like The Foundations of Nutritional Therapy and Gut Health 101, plus several stand-alone educational and promotional handouts. I’ll also be adding a few user-requested updates to my best-selling HTMA Client Report Template.

-Pinterest & mini-tutorial roll-outs. I’m leaning into short screen-share reels and pins that show coaches exactly how easy it is to customize and use the tools.

If you’re a wellness professional craving more time for clients and less time designing PDFs, or looking for creative ways to build your business, my products are built for you. And if you’re just curious about functional nutrition visuals that land, come say hi on Instagram (@wildcloverwellness) or browse the shop—there’s always something new popping up.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
1. A willingness to just start — even before I felt ready. So many of my pivots happened because I followed a little spark of curiosity and gave myself permission to try, even without a perfect plan. From handmade necklaces to mom blogs to launching digital tools, I learned as I went. You don’t need full clarity to begin — you just need a willingness to move. Action creates direction.

Advice: Start messy. Give yourself permission to try things before you feel qualified. The clarity will come in motion, not in waiting. Oh, and GTS, baby!

2. Knowing how to simplify information.
I didn’t realize this was a skill at first — but over time, I’ve learned that taking complex, science-heavy topics and breaking them down in a client-friendly, beautiful, clear way is one of my superpowers. It’s what sets my products apart and makes them useful in real life.

Advice: Pay attention to what comes naturally to you — especially the things others ask for your help with. Often, that’s your zone of genius;)

3. Creative adaptability.
The path wasn’t linear. I’ve reinvented myself many times. But I never saw any of my detours or side hustles as failures — just stepping stones. Every skill I picked up — from blogging to design to nutrition education — now comes into play in what I do every day.

Advice: Don’t throw away your past experiences just because they didn’t “work out.” Collect those skills. They’re all part of your toolkit, even if you don’t know how they fit yet.

Thanks so much for sharing all these insights with us today. Before we go, is there a book that’s played in important role in your development?
One of the most impactful books in my personal and professional development was The Right Questions by Debbie Ford. It’s not a traditional business book, but I read it while working with a life coach during a season of deep personal transition — and it was truly one of the biggest ah-ha moments of my life.

At its core, the book is about taking radical personal responsibility. Ford presents a set of intentional questions that help you pause, evaluate, and OWN your choices — not just the big ones, but the small, everyday decisions that shape your direction.

Reading it helped me realize something I hadn’t fully owned before: I played a part in everything that led me to where I was — the good, the bad, the failures, and the successes. Instead of blaming my circumstances or someone else, I began thinking, “Ok, here’s where I made this choice or played a part in this — so now what? How can I do better next time?” That shift in perspective changed everything. It was the beginning of real empowerment and forward momentum in both life and business.
