Meet Lindsey Jamis Moore

We were lucky to catch up with Lindsey Jamis Moore recently and have shared our conversation below.

Lindsey, we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.
It’s been a winding road.

For the first two decades of my career, I worked as a marketing copywriter. But deep down, I felt drawn to health and wellness. I had this quiet, persistent desire to help people heal—long before I had any idea how to do that.

Everything changed in 2018, after the birth of my second child. I developed a slew of mysterious health issues: anaphylactic reactions, burning skin, nerve problems, horrendous headaches, indigestion, fatigue, and more.

I went to doctor after doctor. Some offered small pieces of relief. But many dismissed me outright, invalidating my experience and leaving me with nothing but self-doubt and frustration. That chapter of my life gave me firsthand experience of what so many chronically ill people face—not just the physical symptoms, but the emotional toll of not being believed. You start to wonder if maybe it is all in your head. (It’s not.)

In 2023, I finally turned a corner.

I discovered Anthony William, the Medical Medium. His work rocked my world. He receives information from Spirit of Compassion about how to heal the body naturally—using food, natural supplements, and lifestyle changes. At first, I was skeptical. I had heard of him before but wasn’t ready to take the leap. It wasn’t until I became 1) desperate enough and 2) spiritually open enough that I gave it a try.

The results were immediate. My daughters and I started to heal.

When I saw the changes in our health, it unlocked something in me. I knew I wanted to share this with others who were struggling just like I had been.

About eight months later, I heard you could do muscle testing (like at the chiropractor) for yourself. I taught myself how to do it, and again—I was blown away. Our bodies are so intelligent. They know exactly what they need, and through muscle testing, they’ll tell you whether a certain food, supplement, or product is in alignment for you.

At that point, I had two incredibly powerful tools: the Medical Medium protocols and self-kinesiology. But things didn’t stop there.

As I practiced muscle testing, I started asking deeper questions—and getting clear, reliable answers. I began tapping into something beyond the physical. My psychic intuition began to sharpen, and I realized I could receive accurate information not just about health, but about life and even the future.

All of this has led me to where I am now: an Intuitive Healer and Health & Wellness Coach with a very unique toolkit.

What drives me most is this: I teach people to heal themselves. I don’t want clients to rely on me forever. I want them to learn self-kinesiology. I want them to connect with their own intuition. That’s how we shift things—individually and collectively.

I’m still amazed at how disconnected we are from our own power—how little we’re taught about the body’s intelligence, its energy, and its divinity. But that’s exactly why I do what I do. My purpose is to guide families back to their own inner wisdom and empower them to heal naturally.

And if you’ve ever felt like it’s too late to find your purpose—know this: it’s not. I didn’t find mine until I was in my 40s. But once you do find it, everything changes. You heal, finally.

Chronic illness is more than physical. There are emotional and spiritual components, too. If you’re not living in alignment with your true purpose, your body may create dis-ease to awaken you. That’s what happened to me.

Now, I’m awake. I’m aligned. And I’m here to help others get there, too.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
I want everyone to understand that they are far more powerful than they know. You have the ability to be your own intuitive healer. You can tap into your psychic gifts if you choose to. When you learn how, you can co-create healing with the Universe—and the possibilities are limitless.

Super Human Healing is a nonprofit organization dedicated to just that: empowering families to heal themselves naturally. We believe that healing should be accessible to everyone, which is why we offer a sliding scale fee structure for all our services.

We’re in the early stages of development and have recently launched our website: superhumanhealing.org. Our blog is a central part of the mission, allowing us to reach a wider audience beyond one-to-one appointments. Through the website, I share conscious products, services, and insights designed not just to support healing—but to transform it.

I also provide personalized healing sessions. Families from across the country can schedule individual sessions so I can help guide them through specific symptoms and challenges. These sessions incorporate Medical Medium protocols, my own psychic intuition as well as the clients’, and self-kinesiology—a method I teach every family because of how profoundly it supports long-term healing. I’m currently getting my Functional Nutrition & Lifestyle Practitioner (FNLP) certification, which will allow me to order additional bloodwork and testing for clients in March of 2026.

We also offer guidance for those who want to develop their own intuitive or psychic abilities. I truly believe that everyone can tap into their intuition—if they’re given the right tools and support.

At Super Human Healing, our mission is simple but powerful: to help people remember just how capable and wise their bodies—and spirits—really are.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
While it’s never just one thing—or even three—it’s hard to overstate how these qualities shaped my journey:

Ambition: I refused to accept that my health struggles were “all in my head.” I refused to stay sick or accept a diminished quality of life. I refused to believe that someone with a background in marketing couldn’t launch a health and wellness practice in her 40s. Making things happen often means going against common culture and daring to say, “This isn’t right.”

Standing up for my beliefs: I cannot stress enough the importance of speaking your truth. From a young age, I had a strong sense of right and wrong, but there were many times when fear or doubt held me back from voicing it. That changed recently. I’ve come to understand that this sense of conviction is a part of who I am for a reason. Your purpose depends on honoring your true self—and your peace, joy, and health depend on fulfilling your purpose.

Endless curiosity: I’ve never been able to accept a fixed mindset. I thrive on learning, growing, and challenging broken systems. We all have the power to create far more change than we realize, especially when we’re aligned with our true selves. When we act in that alignment, we can not only impact individuals, but entire communities—and even the Universe itself.

My advice to people who are early in their journey is to find what truly lights you up and makes you feel alive. When you discover that, curiosity, ambition, and the courage to stand up for your beliefs will flow naturally. The Universe will align with your energy and guide you toward success. That’s when you’ll not only uncover your passion and purpose—but also experience deep peace, love, and joy.

Beyond that, trust in the perfect timing of your journey. Yes, you’ll need to take practical steps—create a business structure, build a website, spread the word—but it’s equally important to listen to what the Universe is guiding you toward. If you’re pushing and nothing is working, take a step back and reassess. Sometimes shifting your focus temporarily will allow the energy to flow more freely.

Lastly, your true manifestation power lies in healing your past trauma and letting go of limiting beliefs. The emotional and mental healing journey cannot be bypassed. When you cultivate self-love and acceptance, you’ll unlock a profound level of confidence and power to make things happen in your life while improving the lives of others.

How would you spend the next decade if you somehow knew that it was your last?
Wow, I love this question! The amazing thing is I’d spend that decade much like I’m living it—building Super Human Healing. This is a real passion for me, and I love what I do through my organization.

I would travel more. I want to see as much of this beautiful Earth as I can during this lifetime. When they open up space travel, I’ll be heading into orbit too!

Beyond that, I would stop cooking “meh” dinners. We just hired a local chef to make a few meals a week because my intuition said it was aligned. Life is too short for “just okay” food. (Of course, we are still focused on healing foods, but trust me, there is no loss of flavor!)

Singing is another big passion of mine. I used to be too nervous to perform in front of people, but a couple of years ago, I joined a band—and it was an incredible way to embrace and love my voice, both on stage and in everyday life.

Finally, I would focus on being present. I would love my family better, especially my husband. Sometimes our bandwidth gets too tight and our relationship feels the strain. Speaking of bandwidth, I would slow down, commit to less, and stress less.

Balancing all of that should be no problem, right? 🙂

(Note: My highest self tells me it IS possible for me to balance all that. So that’s the plan! And if you’d like to learn how to communicate with your highest self, feel free to reach out!)
