Meet Lisa Bartosiewicz

We recently connected with Lisa Bartosiewicz and have shared our conversation below.

Lisa , thank you so much for joining us today. Let’s jump right into something we’re really interested in hearing about from you – being the only one in the room. So many of us find ourselves as the only woman in the room, the only immigrant or the only artist in the room, etc. Can you talk to us about how you have learned to be effective and successful in situations where you are the only one in the room like you?

I realized that everyone is unique in their gifts and their offerings. I am unique in that I work with the healing medicines of the Honey Bee. That allows my work to stick out. People remember that I’m the woman who works with bees and they are always intrigued. It helps that the bees are fascinating creatures who do so much on the planet, including healing things that people have tried everything else for. For me, it all comes back to the bees!

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

Clients come to my practice to address pain, inflammation and autoimmune conditions, many of them as a last resort. Each of them leave feeling a sense of hope that there is healing to be had from working with the bees.

Clients and I work together on connecting to one’s truest state of being, addressing pain and inflammation so that they can embody themselves more fully, more frequently.

Clients also gain a personal relationship with the honey bee, become bee advocates and learn about practical ways that we can make a difference in their survival.

I am thrilled to be teaching new practitioners in this modality and enrollment for the next class opens this next month in September.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

So much of this path has relied on being tapped into my intuition, curiosity and sense of wonder. Without that internal guidance, openness and aww, none of this would have been possible.

I think anyone who open to listening and learning about such things is already well on their way. They might just need a reminder to listen to their internal guidance system.

How would you spend the next decade if you somehow knew that it was your last?

If I only had a decade left to live, I would spend my time traveling the world connecting to other bee people, learning about their culture and their connection to them and sharing that love with the world.
