We recently connected with Lisa Batitto and have shared our conversation below.
Lisa , so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?
For years, my purpose looked a lot like achievement. I worked in public relations and marketing, helping organizations craft messages that moved people to act. I loved the storytelling, the strategy, the sense of connection. But somewhere along the way, I started to notice how many of us were pouring from an empty cup. I saw people burning out while trying to make a difference. And I was one of them.
That realization cracked something open in me. I began exploring Reiki, energy work, and eventually the Akashic Records, because I was searching for meaning and a way to feel whole again. What I found was a different kind of purpose: helping others heal the parts of themselves that get buried under responsibility, perfectionism, and pain.
Today, through Enlightened Path Healing, I help people find clarity, balance, and self-compassion, especially those carrying emotional wounds from their work or relationships. My purpose hasn’t changed entirely; I still help people tell their stories. The difference is that now, I help them tell the truth to themselves.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
Through Enlightened Path Healing, I help people reconnect with the parts of themselves that often get buried under stress, responsibility, or burnout.
What I find most exciting about this work is watching people remember who they are. There’s this moment when their energy shifts, when they realize they’re not broken, just disconnected and that reconnection changes everything.
I also love bridging worlds that don’t always meet: spirituality and the workplace, intuition and leadership, healing and communication. My background in branding and nonprofit work helps me meet clients wherever they are, from busy professionals who’ve lost their spark to those simply craving more peace in their lives.
This year, I’ve been expanding my offerings to include small-group workshops and events that bring people together in meaningful ways.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Intuition taught me to listen, not just to other people, but to myself. Early in my career, I was great at reading a room but not as skilled at reading my own energy. Over time, I learned that your intuition is your most honest business partner. My advice to anyone starting out: make space for silence. That’s where the real guidance comes through.
Resilience came from years of reinventing myself — leaving a full-time job, starting over as a consultant, then stepping into healing work. I learned how to rebuild with more wisdom each time.
And curiosity has been the thread running through everything. It’s what led me from public relations to Reiki, from storytelling to soul work. Staying curious keeps your work alive and evolving.
If you’re early in your journey, don’t rush to define your purpose too tightly. Follow what genuinely interests you, even if it doesn’t make sense right away. The clarity comes from doing.
Okay, so before we go, is there anyone you’d like to shoutout for the role they’ve played in helping you develop the essential skills or overcome challenges along the way?
So many people have shaped my journey, but the most helpful influences have been a mix of mentors, healers, and friends who saw something in me before I fully saw it in myself. Early on, I worked with teachers who helped me trust my intuition instead of overthinking every decision.
My mentors were especially instrumental in teaching me how to hold space for others without losing myself in the process. And the community I’ve built through my work, clients, collaborators, and fellow healers, constantly reminds me that we grow in relationship, not in isolation.
I’ve also learned a lot from the people I’ve helped. Every session, every story, teaches me something new about compassion, patience, and perspective. Success, for me is staying teachable and allowing life to keep refining you.
