Meet Lisa Snyder

We recently connected with Lisa Snyder and have shared our conversation below.

Lisa, thanks so much for taking the time to share your insights and lessons with us today. We’re particularly interested in hearing about how you became such a resilient person. Where do you get your resilience from?
I wish I could say I had the most nurturing, supportive, and loving parents. Not even close – but that was a blessing. As a child, I learned to “walk on eggshells” and hide my feelings. I tried to earn love through getting near perfect grades and following “the rules” but it didn’t work. I ended up marrying a man (and recently divorced in my 50’s) with behaviors I grew up with.

I buried my emotions, often turning to food for comfort. This led to gut, thyroid, and joint issues because I believe everything starts in the energy field. Taking small daily steps toward healing gave me the courage to face those patterns, trust my intuition, and build a deeper connection with my higher self and Source. This is where my resilience comes from. Now I appreciate, and am thankful for, those experiences because I have grown so much.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
How does an ex-corporate engineer end up working with energy and tapping into intuition? By doing my own inner work. Healing from a lifetime of toxic and narcissistic relationships, abandonment and rejection led to compassion for what others are going through.

Many on a spiritual path feel like they don’t fit in or have a sense of community in their day-to-day life. I felt the same way too. I created an online space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered. We learn from one another and get back to balance with Source. This helps us step into our natural power.

I work with clients privately on-line and also public livestreams on YouTube. I use practical tools and energy-based techniques to reduce stress, release fear, and strengthen inner calm. After 9 years in corporate work, I’ve spent the past 24 years helping people deepen their intuition and live with greater clarity, confidence, and joy.

More free resources are on my podcast, “Raise Your Vibe & Heal”, where I share weekly 10-minute episodes with short meditations and practical teachings. This helps listeners raise their vibration and support their personal growth. Drumming, runes, oracle cards, energy work, breathwork, and angel numbers are a few of the tools I share.

In 2026 I will offer online courses and in-person events for those interested in healing and deepening their own natural spiritual connection. My weekly newsletter (signup through my website LisaHSnyder.com) shares simple tips and event updates.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
1) When guided by heart center, I know I’m being led by the divine. Ego doesn’t live in the heart but the loving Source does. This keeps me open to new ideas and guidance.

2) Do my inner work daily – which includes setting boundaries. This helps heal the energy of my ancestors, my children and since we’re all connected – the collective which raises the vibrational frequency.

3) This one isn’t always easy but it’s to trust the process. By releasing control, it allows me to be in the flow of life. It lets me see all the wonderful signs and synchronicities when I let go and let God/Source/Universe/Love in.

Alright, so before we go we want to ask you to take a moment to reflect and share what you think you would do if you somehow knew you only had a decade of life left?
My soul calling is to help others live their greatest life by connecting more intentionally with their own inner wisdom and guidance. I do that today and will do so until I take my last breath. I will keep doing my own inner healing – releasing old patterns and trauma – because raising our vibrational frequency opens the door to 5D consciousness. When we do the work, we align with our higher calling, uplift others, and contribute to collective healing.
