We were lucky to catch up with Lorena Sosine recently and have shared our conversation below.
Lorena , so excited to have you with us today. So much we can chat about, but one of the questions we are most interested in is how you have managed to keep your creativity alive.
As a crafty mom and business owner, keeping my creativity alive is both a joy and a necessity. I find inspiration in the little moments with my children—their curiosity, energy, and imagination fuel my ideas. I also set aside dedicated “creative time” for myself, experimenting with new materials, designs, and techniques to keep my work fresh and exciting. Collaborating with customers and hearing their stories gives me new perspectives and challenges me to think outside the box. Balancing motherhood and entrepreneurship pushes me to be resourceful, organized, and intentional with my creativity, ensuring that both my family and my business benefit from my passion.


Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
At His Grace Creations, I love sharing my passion for custom apparel, tumblers, mugs, and more with the world. I spread the word about my brand by connecting personally with customers, attending local events, collaborating with schools and organizations, and engaging actively on social media. I enjoy showcasing my latest designs, sharing behind-the-scenes glimpses of my creative process, and highlighting the stories behind each custom order. By building authentic relationships and providing high-quality, unique products, I create a community of happy customers who become my best ambassadors.


If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
1. Creative Design & Innovation – Ability to transform ideas into unique, high-quality custom products, experimenting with materials, colors, and techniques to keep offerings fresh and exciting.
2. Time Management & Organization – Balancing motherhood and running a business requires excellent planning, multitasking, and prioritizing to ensure deadlines are met while maintaining quality.
3. Customer Relations & Communication – Building strong, authentic relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering personalized service that keeps customers coming back.
