Meet Lory Hagopian

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Lory Hagopian. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Lory , thank you so much for opening up with us about some important, but sometimes personal topics. One that really matters to us is overcoming Imposter Syndrome because we’ve seen how so many people are held back in life because of this and so we’d really appreciate hearing about how you overcame Imposter Syndrome.

Self-doubt tends to appear at every turn! It’s essential to recognize these feelings and then shift the situation to our advantage. For me, small actions made a big difference: asking clients for constructive feedback helped me grow as both a designer and a business owner, and celebrating my successes boosted my confidence. Additionally, committing to continuous learning allowed me to embrace a growth mindset, which made me feel more capable and diminished those imposter feelings.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

Long story short, I aim to help business owners reach their target audience through beautiful visuals and a consistent brand identity, effectively conveying the company’s message.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

KEEP LEARNING!
In our fast-paced industry, with new technology emerging every day, continuous learning fosters growth, keeps you humble, and ensures you stay up-to-date. Learning is your greatest power!

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?

I’m always searching for collaborators—designers, photographers, videographers, and more! Collaborating not only fosters mutual learning and growth but also introduces fresh perspectives and creative techniques that inspire new ideas and approaches in our work.
