Meet Lost Ravens

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Lost Ravens. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Lost, we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?

I grew up with crippling social anxiety that affected my performance in everything I did. As I grew up and wanted to work in music, I realised that I won’t get anywhere unless I conquer my social anxiety and then began my long and arduous journey of conquering this mountain by networking with music business professionals, developing my music production skills and growing up to be a more confident version of myself. 🙂

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

Hello there!

My name is Bibs aka Lost Ravens and I am Kathmandu-born and currently Malta-based Music Producer + Artist. I have been making music for 5 years but I only started releasing back in 2023. Since then I have released 11 songs with around 500K+ streams across all Digital Streaming Platforms. Releasing music has been a lifelong dream and even thought there is a long way to go, just getting to set foot feels amazing! 😀

When it comes to the Lost Ravens artist name, I am not exactly sure if ravens do get lost but I wanted it to symbolise my lifestyle of moving from place to place.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Resilience, polite persistence, and network-building is everything. As long we have that, all other skills can be build around those 🙂

Before we go, any advice you can share with people who are feeling overwhelmed?

To get over the feeling of getting overwhelmed, which is pretty normal in music production (and anything else in general) I tend to break the work down in smaller pieces and tackle it one step at a time. Additionally, working on those smaller pieces at separate times also helps get a clearer perspective 🙂
