Love, so excited to have you with us today. So much we can chat about, but one of the questions we are most interested in is how you have managed to keep your creativity alive.
I find that giving myself space and time to create helps me to keep it alive. I operate mostly through feeling and emotions when it comes to my creativity. If it doesn’t feel right or comfortable, I leave it alone.
Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
The best piece of advice I can give, JUST BE YOU. To often we change or manipulate who we are to fit others ideas and standards of us. Take control of what you feel, what you do, who you are. Hold yourself accountable and don’t waste time pointing fingers. Self awareness can be beautiful and overwhelming. Spend time with yourself and get to know you. If its something you don’t care for about yourself, change it. You are your best work and its constantly being worked on. No one is perfect.
Looking back over the past 12 months or so, what do you think has been your biggest area of improvement or growth?
Self Reflection and Self Care.
I started therapy last year and it has been one of the best things I have done for myself. Getting to know me in a different way has been rewarding and has provided a wonderful release. I’m able to see things so much clearer than before and hold myself accountable for how I see an react to things. It is hard work but its worth it.
