We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful LunaverSol. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with LunaverSol below.
LunaverSol, thanks so much for taking the time to share your insights and lessons with us today. We’re particularly interested in hearing about how you became such a resilient person. Where do you get your resilience from?
I get my resilience and drive from Creator. Whenever I start to get off track, I look toward my future and imagine where my habits might be leading me. If I don’t like the outcome, that alone is enough to help me realign. Another source of resilience for me is thinking about my family — what I want to do for them, the time I spend away from them, and how hard they work. I want to make sure I don’t waste a single second while I’m away from home. And honestly, there’s just something inside me that won’t let me stay stagnant; it eats at me if I’m not growing.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
I’m an artist, musician, and audio engineer. Everything I do is rooted in expression, connection, art, and music. I feel blessed by the path I’ve been given for many reasons. One of them is that music is a direct channel for us to emit divine sounds given to us by the Creator — the tones, melodies, lyrics, and music all come from within. It’s a beautiful experience I value that brings awareness to the intrinsic state of being human and the Divine. I feel that many other artists will resonate with this in their own way.
Something new that has sparked on my path is my move to Atlanta and becoming an intern at Patchwerk Studios. I’ve really enjoyed the change of scenery and energy. It’s been wonderful connecting with everyone I’ve met so far.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
A skill that was impactful for me was realizing that I can teach myself anything, and allowing myself to be willing to learn in the areas where I wanted to grow. When I decide I want to do something, I become pretty determined, and I enjoy executing ideas and goals. As an artist, musician, and engineer, I quickly realized the cost efficiency in simply learning whatever I wanted to know how to do.
Discipline is something I’m still mastering, but the little I do have has helped me a lot on my personal path. Part of it is understanding that I am the only one who is going to push me forward, pick me up, and keep me going. Someone once said, “It’s discipline over motivation,” and “Your goals don’t care about your feelings.” That really helped shift my perspective.
And last but not least, I’ve learned to always remember to pray. There are times when I feel stuck or unsure about what to do or how to move forward, and I’ll find myself asking everyone except Creator — even though that’s the only one who truly knows, who can smooth things out, and who has all the answers. As corny as it sounds i must turn simply get where its quiet fro a while and just be.

As we end our chat, is there a book you can leave people with that’s been meaningful to you and your development?
The Bhagavad Gita. When I feel lost or too far off my path I’ll do my best to lock back in. Reading this book will most times help me if I allow myself to slow down enough to really take in its content. This book offers advice from Krishna about the nature of humanity and the individual, as well as ideas about attachment to people, things, outcomes, and how to avoid behaviors that leave one with a feeling of lack so that you stay in your God body as you maintain your mission, in a way. It reminds me of an awareness of certain principles that I personally need to keep in mind, and I’m grateful for that.
